On Friday, April 26th, at 8:50 pm I ordered a medium pizza and a tea. The order was paid for with a credit card and estimated 45 minutes to deliver. At 10:00, with no pizza delivered I called the store. The manager was super helpful. He said the driver came to my house but did not go to the porch, he was confused why it happened and said the driver had returned, with the pizza, to the store. He overly apologized, offered to refund or bring me the pizza. I agreed to let him bring the pizza. The pizza did not arrive until 11:00 pm. The manager apologized. I tipped him $10.00 , thanked him and went to eat the pizza. It was the originally ordered pizza and tea. Pizza was cold, tea was watery from the melted ice. I threw it all away. Sunday night, the 28th, I called in to get the order remade and delivered. The young lady was super kind and helpful. Her manager Austin.....not so much. He would not talk to me on the phone, only through her. I asked to speak to him. He would not. He told her to tell me that I had to order something worth $17.00 to get the delivery. I told her that was odd, I just wanted the pizza order fixed. He told her to tell me if I picked it up, I could get it free, delivered, I needed to order something. I'm not sure why Austin is the manager.....everyone else has been great. I don't believe I am unreasonable....I paid for it. I want the owner to call me to work this out. If they do I will change my review. If not I will continue the issue to get resolve.

The service was terrible. When we walked in, we were the only table... but you could tell the waiter didn't really want to be there and didn't want to help us. He barely spoke or smiled at all. The food was ok but I was disappointed that an Italian restaurant doesn't have ricotta they could add to a white pizza or a Stromboli. That was what it was though, and isn't the reason for my rating. The food was ok but we previously went to the location in Central and they were so much nicer and the food seemed better too. The icing on the cake was that since they didn't have any drinks my daughter could have, she got a water... but her kids meal came with a drink. I asked if my sweet tea could be counted as her drink and he rudely said "no, she got a drink. " I asked if they would have charged me for a cup of ice water and they said no, so I said EXACTLY... why can't my tea be the drink that was included with the children's meal and his only answer was "I don't know what you want me to tell you, that's not how it works. " ok - I get the cost of business, but that's silly. I didn't even get a single refill and the attitude wasn't necessary. We won't go to that location again.

I get what I ask for. The young folks who work here, work hard and are respectful. I've never been disappointed.Service and taste can be ruined by a dirty establishment. But this place is clean and organized.The Steak Supreme with extra cheese is the best Pizza I've had.Tip well. They deserve it.
