This is a consistently terrible Wendy's. They are slow, rude, and inept. Every time I go to this location I feel like I should have my head examined. The biggest issue here is the management, and by extension the staff. It's ALWAYS a management problem, because good management will fix subordinate issues. Hire poor management, and you will have generally poor employees, regardless of their capability. I don't understand why 99% of these places wont hire experienced college graduate level managers, and stop hiring children. Well paid competent help will generate higher profit margins and result in less turnover. A stable staff that doesn't hate their job will equate to customer satisfaction and repeat business. This isn't rocket science, but you'd never know it from the inability of area and corporate level managers to acknowledge it.

This is a joke right? This has the be the LAZIEST Wendy’s I have ever been too. The staff is extremely rude. And they all act like they don’t care enough about their jobs. don’t like your job? FIND ANOTHER ONE! Ordered baconator fries and this is what I get? I’m appalled. This Wendy’s is a disgrace.

Ordered online for there to be told they did not have frosty mix. If something isn't available don't let me prepay for it. Got a soda instead got home with no straw. Also no fork for my cheese fries.

Worst food I have ever gotten from any Wendys or any fast food place in my entire life and I'm 50. Wasn't even worth the 1 star I had to give to do this review. The meat on our burgers looked like thin sliced burnt spam and that was on 6 Jr bacon cheeseburgers and fries were not even luke warm. And we were asked to pull forward after paying and waited over 10mins. The reason ppl usually wait is because the food is cooking. Not the case here. This food had to be cooked atleast an hour or more ahead of time. No condiments or napkins were in the bag either and the girl at the window was asked face to face when I paid for napkins and mayo packs. This was before 10pm on Sunday night Feb 18th. I guess I needed to inspect the food before I drove away to go home...Ridiculous! Will never go back here.

Went through the drive thru to order and when I got to the window the young girl was rude. They had me pull up to wait for my order but the girl had told me the order was already ready. So I wasn’t sure why I was being asked to pull forward especially with no cars behind me. I got the food checked it and it was all wrong so I parked went in and they acted like they didn’t see me. The other customer waiting was just as aggregated as I was! The manager finally came to the front and pretty much called me a liar about the food I ordered and it was clear on my receipt. She opened the burgers and just looked at me. She was very unprofessional and then she slung the burgers in the trash and went to make another burger. Her attitude was uncalled for and I think if you are not happy with your job then you should find one someplace else. We come to Wendy’s for great food and it use to be but the service and food was terrible. The whole work team there was very loud and very rude. I will not be back there and I will be leaving this review on google also. Terrible service

This Wendy's has had numeral issues with mobile orders, but that is not the main issue. Their main problem, that is, the people running this store as of 1/31/24 is that they don't care to the least degree about customer service. One star is too many for this location. Here is the account that I experienced today:1)My wife and I placed a mobile breakfast order this morning and mine went through with no problem, but my wife's had an issue processing, but it ended up that my order, that went through with no issue became a problem.2)We showed up at the drive thru to receive our prepaid mobile orders and they had my wife's order ready, but not mine.3)I told them that I had a mobile receipt and order number to verify my order.4)The manager told me he did not care whether I had a receipt or not, he was not going to give me my food because it did not show up on their internal system. I showed him my receipt but he literally and rudely told me he did not care.5)I asked for the regional manager's number and they did not want to give it and told me to move my vehicle from the drive thru window or they would call the police.6)I called Wendy's customer service to report this and they gave me a full refund and said they would have the regional manager call me.The whole attitude of this crew was total indifference towards my grievance; nay, worse, they seemed to be happy that they were not going to fulfill my order. Beware of this store when placing mobile orders and beware of their total disregard for their customers. I have no confidence that they would care about food preparation or anything that we would expect as a customer that even bad restaurants usually provide.

The night manager is RUDE save your money and go somewhere else the food also sucks I ordered a bacon sandwich and it had 1 piece of bacon on it for almost 10 dollars for the meal you would think it would be better than that

The drive through never rings me up for the large drink and sides I order, gives me mediums instead, and won’t let me pay for an up charge unless I wanna go all the way through the drive through again. Which I can’t because I’m on my lunch break. Also they’ve stopped giving me ice?? Which is crazy because I have to remind them to give me drinks in the first place.

Long lines while kids are just talking at the window food is NEVER right then they get mad bc THEY were disturbed during their conversation smh , please hire better help or just shut down for the love of god
