“Food took 30+ mins, the buzzer never buzzed nor lit up. We were told someone else must have grabbed our falafel burger. Other people too were waiting around forever wondering about their food orders. When it finally came, it was severely overcooked crumbling in my hands. The saving grace was Matt, the manager. He displayed professionalism, heard us out, gave us a refund for our time and trouble plus comped our meal at the other restaurant, Tuskers.”
“We had low expectations for food at the zoo, but we were pleasantly surprised- the tenders were tasty and generously sized, fries were crispy and delicious, and the Saluda salad was loaded (if any complaint, too loaded) with craisins, pecans, pears & goat cheese- we added the grilled chicken and although there wasn't a ton of it, it was flavorful and fresh. The only complaint we had is the pricing (15.99 for 3 tenders and fries?!), but that's unfortunately to be expected in these situations. The lines moved quickly and food came out without too long of a wait, especially given that we were there right at lunchtime. Overall, a much better than expected experience!”
“Meerkats are always a required stop for my family. They were very active today. We did not visit the dining area today.”

“Outstanding job love the food and the people that own it”
“This place doesn't close at 4 p.m. btw whoever was thrown off by other reviews. Coz we came rushing here hoping to get at least 20 min of splashing. Anyways, service here is great. Pretty clean place, workers are nice. (Splash area) they got the big and small area for kiddoes(:”
“Reminded me of New York? a lot of conversation and laughs. Waitresses were very attentive and food was on point.”
“This a great restaurant and I would highly recommend it. What makes this restaurant different from other restaurants is they serve Mexican food and food from Honduras. My wife and I have tried Items from both menus and love everything. My wife says that the food has more flavor than other restaurants. I personally love the Tamales from Honduras. My family is from Colombia, South America and these Tamales are the closest to the Tamales you get in Colombia. Please give this restaurant a try. You won't be disappointed.”

“How come you have to go to the most obscene places to get dip in dots "hey I'm going to the zoo to get dip in dots, be back later "”
