The meat was great the ribs, the pulled pork the brisket is out of this world. The baked macaroni and cheese not so good. The coleslaw has a tart taste to it. The baked beans were great.

It took me 2 years of living in Beaufort to find my favorite restaurant, but I finally found it. I'd say the wait was worth it, but I really wish I'd stumbled across it earlier . I've gotten both the shrimp and oyster po boy and they are both some of the best po boys you'll have. My wife gets the fish and my kids have gotten the nachos and burger. Everything is great. The sides are awesome as well. I know it's a smokehouse, but we haven't even tried their BBQ side of the menu yet. Maybe one day, but at long as they make the Po Boy. I may never know.
