Order food online for pickup, never again. They're disorganized and apparently can't read. Didn't get what I ordered. Never again. I suggest you only order at the restaurant and check your food before you leave. I had someone else pick up my order
This Zaxby’s needs an adult manager supervising in the front. All young teens working here. It is good teens are working but they need guidance.We went to the window and ordered 2 plates. The girl took our money, gave us our drinks and told us to pull up at the sign to wait. Several other cars were told to pull up and wait too.We waited 20 minutes and I had to go inside to get my food. 6 o’clock is still dinner time and the kitchen couldn’t keep up.Fries were not cook!

I went inside and all the workers were leaned over the counter doing nothing. There was a lady in line prior to me- no one acknowledged her. Then we waited together and no one said a thing. I said hello and no one said anything back… so all the customers in the line walked out.
