The worse service and food I have ever had. I sat at the bar the waitress stood in front of me and yelled at the table behind me if everything was ok. With my drink completely empty. Started to walk away I said wow. That’s when she turned around and got me a drink. Also dirty and it wasn’t busy. At this time. Dishes sat on the bar the entire time a was there. And then she complained about the phone several times then unplugged it.

Placed a pick up order online. Instructions online said to go inside to hosts stand and pickup order. Once inside it took a minute to get someone's attention. Once I did, the waitress told me to go wait somewhere else in the restaurant. I then stood there for 10 minutes until I got help from another waitress. Mind you, they're fully staffed so there's no excuse for bad customer service!!!!

We attemped to have dinner there this evening but we were told we would have to wait 45 minutes because their system was full and they couldn't enter anymore orders!! What!!The restaurant was only half full. Either they need a new system or less tables if they can't handle more than half a restaurant. We left and went to Texas Roadhouse which was really busy but managed to serve everyone their meals.

Left at table way too long. Had to ask for everything forks napkins. Even had go get someone to pay. Not many people to serve either. The food was great, but failed the inspection anyway

We came to Apple bees sat down took 30 minutes for a waiter to come and help us out and when we ordered we bought a steak and asked medium-well and it’s was like charcoal almost was very chewy and poorly seasoned and spinach dip was like crusty and disgusting and that $52 for that and cheese bites that were disgusting

Bar drinks came back in same dirty glass I just finished . Watched 4 people walk out waiting on her for smoke break . Took 35+ minutes to order food . Drink wasn’t made right for me or guest . Never checked to see if food was right . Over all terrible experiences. Thank you “Amy” and kitchen staff that ganged up against me without hearing my side of the story , mad cause she didn’t get a tip she didn’t deserve.

SHOPPER

This was our first delivery order from this Applebee’s restaurant. I ordered through the Applebee’s app. A few minutes later, I started receiving texts from the delivery driver telling me it’s going to take a long time because “still waiting no workers understaffed.” When our dinner finally arrived, we noticed my husband’s chicken tenders had no sauce included even though it’s supposed to come with honey mustard. My chicken broccoli Alfredo is supposed to come with bread, but it didn’t. The food was cold. I called the restaurant to inform them we didn’t receive items that are stated in the menu, and the delivery driver went on and on about the lack of service. The person at Applebee’s, who said he was a manager, simply replied, “Oh, geez.” We do take out at least once a week, so I was hoping to add Applebee’s to the mix, but after this experience, we’ll order from somewhere else.

10 person table but everyone ordered burgers. It took over 45 minutes to get our food and it was not good. They literally took a single patty, cut it in half, stacked the two halves and called it a double patty for the Neighborhood burger. Never will return. Typical Applebee's atmosphere which is fine.

We sat in line on February 14 for 45 min and there was 20 tables available. Why don't understand. We got up and went to bar with my grandson and was eating in 1 .5 hours. Bartender was great. Chef was very slow but good. Seen 25 people walk out because was not seated.

Steak sandwiches are microwaved agu gravy was all fat drippings and white and cold dried up meat on sandwiches. Restaurant dirty dusty silverware food dried on it. Paper towels in restroom none.

Autumn D was horrible and rude!! We sat at the bar and she was talking to another waiter and we was just sitting there! The gentleman next to us was waiting for drinks! She finally came but was rude! My food came out and the Alfredo was dry the manager said hisself that it was and he would bring me some out! She charged us and the manager said it looked bad! She was just rude!
