Our food was great and our server was super sweet but they were clearly understaffed. It took forever to get seated, it took longer for orders to get taken. The servers were obviously working their butts off, but it was obvious they needed help.

Don’t stop here. We waited 25 min at a high top before I had to flag a waitress down because their card system wasn’t working. Thanks for telling us while 3 servers walked by while we waited trying to order their dumb online way. The waitress Meghan that I flagged down was nice enough to serve us even though we were in the high top area and she was serving in the other area. Chicken tenders way too bready and crunchy. Another group behind us also had a complaint with the manager and left not even paying 10% of their bill. Yikes! If you really want their food… get in Meghan’s area!

Went for lunch on a Sunday. Walked in to open seating. Sat at the bar top tables. Tried to order through the app but it requires email and phone number so we ordered from the waitress. Mozzarella sticks, boneless wings and fries. Mozzarella sticks came out after about 10 min. 45 minutes later we still did not have our food. We got up to leave and walked past the kitchen 15 to 20 plates were sitting there getting cold waiting to be taken to tables. There was about 5 people on staff that we saw. The waitress explained she got swamped right after we arrived but the whole restaurant was maybe 1/4 full and most people were in the bar. I don't know if the food was good or not. We left and went next door to Jersey Mike's. Do better! An hour wait for lunch on a Sunday is obsurd.

Absolutely the worst , needs new management. Out of lettuce , cheese curds , lemonade , and hot bbq sauce . Management is terrible and attitudes is nasty .

Love waiting 15 minutes past my pick up time just for stale food. Servers were nice but I spent 30 minutes waiting in a restaurant with 6 customers total in it for a Togo order that had just a meal for me.

There were very few people in the dining room but it still took a while to get our orders. We had 7 people but were only given 3 menus when the first 3 got there, no additional ones were brought to the table. First round of drinks came out quickly, one drink was made wrong twice (soda dispenser wasn't working right) so that person ordered a tea which didn't come until well after our food. Food orders were mixed up because they had no receipt paper(?) But everyone got their food. The wings and strips weren't nearly as good as other BWW in the area but the burgers were good. Second round of drinks took 20 minutes including the waitress coming to our table apologizing multiple times because she put the orders in but didn't know what was going on. The waitress we had was very nice - but the whole experience was subpar and absolutely not worth $60 for 2 people.
