Order food at 7:54pm. Got it at the table at 8:16pm. When I went up after 15 minutes to check on it, no one wanted to acknowledge me and they were too busy just talking with each other. I had to say, out loud, “I have a question” before anyone would even talk with me. After we ate, we were still missing a shake. I went back up to check on that, and had two people walk right by me as I was standing at the counter and not say a word. The manager made eye contact with me twice from a distance and not once asked if I needed anything or sent someone to help…no one was in line ordering food, though there was a line in drive through. In general, it was a pretty poor experience from what we’ve come to expect of CFA. Haven’t been to one with this poor of service or lack of effort and care in a LONG time…unfortunately I don’t know if I’ll be back to this one.

Multiple staff members walked by but did not come to the register. We also had to flag down staff multiple times to check on our order because everyone who ordered after us got their food and we didn't.

I live in Charlotte and this was my first time going to this Chick-fil-A, I went Chick-fil-A at least like 3 times a week, and this has by far been the best Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to food was hot not warm, they were quick to get me out

We came thru the drive thru on 3/30/24.High school girls working the drive thru on the outside were quite chatty. So much so that I sat there at the window watching them talk while our food sat in front of them. They did not acknowledge us or hand us our food. So I said, “ladies, we’re ready for our order.” I guess they didn’t like what I said because the look these teen girls gave me was pretty nasty. My daughter was pretty mad at them for giving me the stink eye.And their look lingered. They didn’t just roll their eyes and move on.Lesson for customers to learn here is that girl teen convos are, like, totally wayyyy more important than, like, ya know, actually working and stuff.Slow, rude service. Need to hire some folks who actually know when to be professional instead of these immature teens.
Absolutely terrible service. The car line was slammed and they had one person inside at the register. Plenty of workers inside the store filling mostly driver through orders. One guy spent at least a half hour counting money even at some point sitting in the floor. The person working the register was taking order, filling drinks and even bringing us a lemonade to our table. Where are the runners? She should never have to leave the register. There were at least 4-5 door dash order waiting including one who left angrily when they couldn’t solve her dash discrepancy. After waiting in line and then sitting at the table for at least 30 mins I asked for a refund and left. At that point I heard the manager say I have at least 3 asking me for a refund. It was absolute chaos.
