Was stopping thru from a drive from Charlotte to Charleston. Food was hot. Looked good. Staff was not up to par. It wasn’t that it was slow. The staff either were all hungover or just hate their jobs.
Fancy was the most incredible server ever! She deserves everything! And then some. She was so attentive, sweet and personable. Goodness gracious, she was just a doll, best costumer service I have seen in my life. She made incredible margs. Delivered food in a quick manner. Nothing but manners came from this sweet lady. This chili's is the best chili's. To get your food from it is always fresh and hot and it's never messy or all over the place. It is always neat and clean and I thank Paige for being the supervisor of this chili's and the cooks are exquisite.Kid-friendliness: They really enjoyed it.
