I, and one other person visited the Cook Out in Rock Hill just to grab something quick to eat. The young lady working the window either did not want to be at work or something was upsetting her. She consistantly complained about the lines. She allowed what was yaking place to effect her attitude and was not concerned who heard it. She returned my card, I said thank you and there was no response. I asked for condiments which she supplied and most fell to the ground. It wasn't the customer service I was expecting. We ordered 2 shakes, a BLT and a Corndog. The BLT lacked the BLT. It was literally a slither of each. I wasn't expecting it to be like I would make at home, however, the sandwhich provided more bun than filling. The milkshakes were good and so was the corndog.

The food at Cook Out is really good, even the stuff I dislike is good! Whether you're in the mood for burgers, chicken or BBQ, they have something that will fit the bill. And milkshakes? Oh man these are the best! I don't know why they give you a straw for these extra thick shakes! It's more like enjoying soft serve ice cream with a wide variety of toppings to choose from.
