Best Chinese food I've had in Rock Hill! Food was delivered before initial estimate. Special instructions were followed for specific orders.

Great prices for lunch - food is amazing. And they use dark meat chicken which is hard to find. I would 10/10 recommend. They do charge for CC use but if you pay cash they don't charge a fee ‍ and they also have a sign posted so it's not a surprise.

When you pay she added the 4% to the bill the owner is supposed to pay that not the costumer that's horrible to pay they should at least add it to the plate cost let's say you have a 45$ bill and you pay she adds 4% to that so now it's 49$ without telling you and what if you don't have that much that's horrible

This place is classic Chinese food. Have a great selection, great customer service and friendly people all around. Definitely recommend.

Food was pretty good! However I asked if they had a pot of hot tea. I didn't see it listed on the menu. So they brought us a small pot of tea and charged us $5.85 for it! My only other complaint was that we ordered an appetizer of Crab Rangoons. We were charged $5.95 but the menu had them listed for $4.95. There is an extra fee for using credit cards also. But the food was pretty good!

Went to the restaurant today and when I got ready to leave they have a sign at the checkout and states that if you pay for the bill with debit/credit card you have a 4%fee?? that's horrible to be conducting business this way. Do not go to this restaurant,you're being taken.

I went today and when I finished and went to pay at the register they have a sign stating that if you pay with a credit card/debit card you will pay an additional 4% fee for processing. This is not right folks. Do not go here unless you want to be taken.

What a transformation! The entire restaurant has been remodeled, is fresh, clean and welcoming! the new owners are friendly and helpful and glad to see you come in! We heard from friends that the Chinese Bistro Delicacy off River Chase Rd. had new owners so we decided to give it a try. Delicious fresh food, no MSG, quick and courteous service! When we are not taking food back to family we are looking forward to sitting down in the thier new dining area! The very best to you all and form the looks of it your business is doing well so !

Hit China Delicacy on way home from Beach today! We have eaten here many time over the years! First thing I noticed was all the decorations from the walls were I. The entrance way! My first thought the were under renovations! Then I noticed a bunch of new faces! New menu also no longer offering lo mein on lunch menu! Also with the lunch portions the just give plain fried rice instead of the good rice with peas and carrots etc! Also we ordered a. Side of general tso sauce for my daughter but she didn't put the lid on tight! So when we got home we had a bag of general tso covered food boxes and no sauce for my daughter! Food was still best in Rock Hill but not impressed yet with new changes! Egg rolls weren't the same and my wife sauce the basil chicken was prepared differently ! Time to start looking for a new place to eat Chinese food! Sad!

My wife and I recently moved from Charleston, SC to Fort Mill, SC. We have been Chinese food oficionados for over 50 years. In a new area, we decided to visit a myriad of Chinese restaurants. We finally found one that is worth going back to--from their appetizers to their entrees. We informed the server in advance that we were going to over order in order for us to get a variety of foods to sample. We also had the opportunity to speak to one of the owners, Ming, who was very pleasant and informed us of their upcoming revised menu. We were extremely pleased at the overall environment and selection of Chinese food. Rocky

I ordered carry out from this restaurant on 2/13/2021. When I arrived, I told the woman my name and was given a bag of food. When I got home, the food was not mine. I immediately called and was told my order was there. I drove 20 minutes round trip to get my correct order. The restaurant offered no apology and no compensation for their mistake. The Crab Rangoon was terrible and the Chicken and Broccoli was greasy. I will never get food from here again.

Decided to give this place a try but found a piece of hair in my food. The food tasted okay until I lost my appetite. I would have taken it back if I wasn't on my lunch break. I would hope the chef in the kitchen is wearing a cap while preparing the food.
