They were over 30 minutes late from what the app said would be delivered. I called 5 times to confirm my order because it never got past the prepping part of my tracking for over an hour. After an hour of no one answering my calls or the app not showing my order progressing I ordered from Empire Pizza. They were on it and my pizza was delivered on time. THEN shortly after that my Dominos pizza arrived. The driver was unapologetic and just said in a stoic voice "We don't have many people working" when I said no one answered my phone calls. Dominos Rock Hill get it together. I will not be ordering from there again no matter what kind of lame apology you offer here. I advise you to go to, who I should have in the first place... Empire Pizza. So in closing... Empire Pizza - YES... DomiNO!

Placed an order for delivery and the order was made incorrectly. When I called immediately after receiving the order the very rude manager chandler lied and stated he was the store manager when asked to speak to the store manger. He stated he willingly knew it was made wrong and that he couldn’t remake it now bc he already closed. So now I’ve got to go out and purchase food or order from somewhere else and pay double. Customers shouldn’t be treated like this!!! Not to mention the fact he then admitted he wasn’t the store manger that Nate was. This is very sad and very unprofessional!!!!! Very disappointed and he shouldn’t be a manger… He has no care or respect for customers at all.

Worst service ever!! Placed an order at 6:30pm for delivery, said it would be here in 35 mins. Called back at 8:50pm and the guy said they didn't have my order. Pathetic. Never ordering from dominos again.
Look at my pictures! Get it right the first time! No experience, LAZY PIZZA MAKERS.. or PIZZA MAKER purposely puts too little cheese, little sauce, and the whole pie tastes like crackers! Too thin for original crust. And no remake or refund because I don't have the receipt or #.Was a gifted order for my team.

Now I Understand they only have two drivers I get that..but over an hr and I had to pick it up myself was insane. Pizza was warm and almost cold. Chicken half way done…I’ll stick with empire pizza or Pizza Hut.Oh yea, they hung up on me.
