I have tried to give this place chance after chance and I simply will go out of my way from now on to ensure my drinks are correct. I go to Dunkin’ everyday at my usually store and I know what Cold brew tastes like and I know what regular ice coffee tastes like. I came in three times and they gave me regular ice coffee when I paid for cold brew, then in the new energy drink it was slightly bitter, lacked flavor and all. Then in all of my ice coffees i specifically asks for liquid sugar and I get regular granulated sugar which just sits on the bottom. The staff have always been nice but it’s like what they hand to the customer is where the issue is it’s almost like they don’t care about quality. I don’t understand I go to any other Dunkin and it tastes the same as my regular this one is HORRIBLE. I can’t.

I go by this location everyday just about but today I had the worst customer service ever. I order the same thing every time so most of the employees and management know it’s me. Today as my order was taken I was great with a wonderful and great sales pitch to new product. Once I declined and gave my order THE MANAGER instant knew it was me… blew her breath and said what else? I was totally offended. When I got to the window and asked what the problem was she would not talk to me and had the other employee talk to me. I expressed to her that it’s horrible customer service to treat people like that who spend their money there frequently. I will never ever return there. It’s said that the employees have more sense than the manager do.

Customers are treated like criminals here! You are not allowed to use the bathroom unless you make a purchase first. I complied with this policy but after one employee was taking extra time to train another employee while taking my order, I asked again if I could use the bathroom. I desperately needed to go. She said no. Later, I asked if she could please hurry. She said no again. Then the employee started yelling at me telling me. I paid for coffee (that was spit in!) and went to the bathroom. I then grabbed my coffee and left. My friend says it doesn’t even have the sugar I asked for. Wow!!! Never again. This promises to be a topic of conversation among the mom’s at the gym around the corner.

Absolutely garbage service and product. Just because you order less ice, you meant to get less drink. Never in my life, I was told this explanation. This place should be ashamed of themselves for ripping people off. This store manager should order a large drink and see if he/she will like that response and half cup drink. Shame on you!!! Zero star

The manager is an old mean lady, she’s always rude to customers. I have come to this place since is the only near me over 6 month, and I’m so annoying they always get my order wrong and it looks like they don’t have milk because they always give me ice coffee with plain water , I ask for a cappuccino and they didn’t put milk. The manager it’s so rude, and I had points to get a free drink and she told me I couldn’t because the system didn’t work and she took all my points. When the manager is not there some other girls have take my order and they are so nice and always get it right. The problem is the manager she’s always so rude to customers. ( like every time I ask for a capuchino and the manager takes the order she gives me ice water and coffee, like girl put some milk is not that hard)

Don't order $40 worth of stuff plus tax because they can't make change if you have a $50 bill.Stupid. Bet my order went back on the rack for next person second hand and coffees dumped in sink or given to next person.Disgraceful

Only reason I gave 3 stars is because of the nice woman that works the morning early in the morning, she is very good at what she does and is happy as hell doing it. Shes absolutely great! However, the older lady working here has an issue with kids. I get kids not being too loud so you can hear but making snobby comments about when she was a kid before rudely addressing us n telling us to keep the kids quiet is not called for. I reccomend the morning time to go, not on weekends.

2nd time the manager has been rude.. I think the owner should take note. She was very rude to the children and actually told them to be quite.. this is unacceptable..she does not belong in a customer service position..

We have started using this one instead of the Dave Lyle location which is closer to us. We go here for a bunch of reasons, first the service is awesome! Second, I'm not waiting to pick up my mobile and most importantly they make the drinks right every time! The team here is a bunch of rock stars! They are always friendly, always attentive and always seem pretty happy! Keep up the amazing work guys, you all rock!

Good Morning. I would like to first say I come to this Dunkin just about everyday. Today which is Sunday I placed a mobile drive thru order . I was greeted at the speaker ' what can I get for you' no good morning , no upsell no nothing. I said my name I repeated it 2x at the speaker. The lady said drive around. I got to the window she asked me 2 more times what my name was. I got my coffee it was the nastiest coffee I've ever had at this location. Nothing was stirred , no extra ice no nothing like I requested. I just believe if you don't want to be there don't go to work simple. Why make everybody else experience bad. I hope and pray this dunkin will get better because it being a new location this is a bad taste in my mouth! If I could've rated it 0 stars from today I would have but 1 will do.

This place is ridiculous. The older manager has absolutely no customer skills at all.when inside in line they ignore you to the point of you walking out.. they need to go to ft mill DD and see what real service is..
