This is the second time that I went to Einstein Bros Bagels located on the campus of Winthrop University this month, and I never thought that I would leave a bad review until today. The bagels that I ordered are really good, don't get me wrong, but the customer service is awful in the morning. They open at 8 and all of my classes begin at 8 so that doesn't give me enough time to walk to grab breakfast before class. I decided not to go to the dining hall to get breakfast because I would be late to class if I stayed. Moving on, the workers were rude (some, not all) to the students that order the food, including myself, considering the fact that I came with a very positive attitude. I may be a young adult, but at least treat me and other young college students with respect, especially in the morning. Smiling every once in a while would be great too, because it shows that you want to engage with your customers.
