Been here before. Walked in a bit after 3pm. We were told by the server the buffet was 10.95 up to 4pm and 16.95 after 4pm.When we received the bill we were each charged 16.95. When we informed the server she went to get someone else. Another young lady stated that since it was the server’s mistake she would have to pay it out of pocket because the manager stated the restaurant wasn’t losing the money for her mistake. And that being they didn’t receive an hourly wage and worked off tips she would actually lose money.I told the young lady she could inform the manager I wasn’t doing that to the server. I told her to inform him he would get the extra money from me now but in the long run would lose a lot of money due to me taking my business and money somewhere else from now on.When in Rome you do as the Romans do. Server’s mistake should benefit the customer without it harming the server, especially since your server is a new employee in training and should be accompanied by an experienced server.In America, the business owner knows there is sometimes a cost related to mistakes. Telling your customer it’ll come out of the server’s pocket is extortion and doesn’t sit well with customers.

Quality and service has gone downhill. Went to lunch today with a friend. She requested water with lemon, never received lemon. I was served a small watered down margarita and charged for medium. Was told there was no manager to fix it. The server grabbed my plate before asking if I was done and put my friends plate on top of it. I left half my food so I could have leftovers later. Waitress in the past changed my tip amount. I will never return, too many chances.

Absolutely Terrible- my chicken salad was from canned chicken! The taco bowl was stale! My daughter’s steak was so chewy- and they didn’t even ask why she didn’t eat any of it! Our waiter was kind but never came by to clear our plates- we had to ask someone else! Only saving grace was the guac and churros & margaritas. Never again and do not recommend! We left hungry and disappointed.

The buffet was decent I could tell the food had been on it for while. This is the first time I ever got the buffet. The made to order food was great the last time we ate here.

Usually always get it to go at the Lancaster location because it’s on the way to work and always so convenient, fresh and cheap.My first time eating in and at their rock hill location it was pretty empty which sucks because I know their food is good.They have complimentary queso which is unheard of with chips and salsa. Queso isn’t bland either it’s got all the fixins in it and flavor. Love that.They have so many options and everything is priced so fairly which is so rare now a days. They have lunch combos at like $7 a plate. Their usual combination plates are still cheap at $9 and under.I always get the enchiladas poblanas because that mole sauce is so flavorful and I am always satisfied with it. With the cold crunch of the guacamole salad as well it’s all such a nice balance.Overall please stop by they are delicious, fast, and really deserve more business!

It’s damn near impossible to find somewhere to eat in Rock Hill - every gd restaurant has ridiculous waits - this place did not, so we were ecstatic to be able to eat food without milling around like cattle in the overflowing waiting areas. Food was decent - nothing special - but at least we got to eat.
