Horrible customer service. What's the point of offering delivery when they send the wrong item and can't make up for it. Only to tell you to go thru the delivery service for a refund. Or you could DRIVE the order back to them...

My stromboli was served cold and uncooked in the center. The shredded cheese was cold and not melted at all. The meats were cold too but appeared to be precooked at least. I had to wait a long time for a new new stromboli which ended up being half the size of the first one, I guess to help heat the center better. I was very disappointed in the smaller portion size since the stromboli cost $14 and I could have ordered a whole small pizza for that. I was also disappointed that a manager never came to talk to me. I was expecting to be offered an apology and something for such an inconvenence but there was no effort to compensate for my poor experience and encourage me to return.

Good atmosphere, family friendly, daily bar specials and wings & fries are great. Kids eat free on Mondays and there is typically a wait. The prices are comparable to other pizza places in the area and there’s plenty of parking.

The service has been friendly and fast. The food is good. Nothing great. The prices are just ok. It was $60 (with tip) for 3 people. That may not seem high to some, but that was no appetizers, no desert, no fancy drinks, no special orders. That was one menu pizza, one calzone and 3 fountain drinks. Bit steep for a basic lunch.
They allow smoking at the entrance. Children shouldn’t be exposed to the smoke.

2nd time order using DoorDash. DoorDash driver are unable to check your order for accuracy. So you are relying on Empire to have correct. The items order and any addons. Both times our order was missing items that automatically come with the dish. Missing garlic knots for spaghetti. Queso set up for quesadillas. Along ordering and paying for extra garlic knots and sour cream. Which wasn't received. When calling the store, Manager reply was: Well there is Nothing We Can Do. And that was the end of the conversation!

I was here for an event. The customer service was BEYOND AMAZING! The food came out hot and fresh, and we were accommodated very well. This was my first time at this location and I was impressed. The next time that I am in the area, I will definitely stop by for a bite to eat.
