After church we came here for Sunday dinner. The hostess was in a real mood. She was angry at the waitress and was very short with us. But the big thing is , we don’t like the change in the menu. Your food has no Tate anymore. And you really need to have new tables installed or resurface the ones you have. The tables in the bar area will make you sea sick they move so much. I know thing are hard right now. But, just changing your menu that wasn’t broken won’t help. I loved your old menu.

I'm going to need a managers number, i spent 2 hrs last waiting on 70 dollar prepaid order to find my food wasn't edible, or even half way right. I witnessed 3 young kitchen staff sneak out with food while I had been waiting an hour already for my food. Also your cook came out to act like he was gonna take of it all, and he smelled like straight alcohol and couldnt speak, just studdered and slured. Had to wait till after closing to get my food. Couldn't get a refund cause none of the staff would show up to the desk. Once i got home and tried the food, everything was soggy or extremely undercooked to the point that my family i bought my food for couldnt eat it. I'm disgusted. I've never spent that much money to be given the food and service I was. Yall literally made up lies every time that changed with each customer as to why we were waiting. Tried to call up there but ur same desk server from last night the hid for an hour and a half because customers being mad was to much for her, she was working this morning kept me on hold about 5 min then told me the manager is really busy I'd have to wait longer. I'm waiting for contact or my next step is your owners, bbb and corporate fatz. I will pursue this to the very end. Worst service I've ever had. After reading most comments, a message to the owner. If you leave some pre-made bs response on my review and dont try to contact me, we're gonna have an extreme problem foreal.

The place has gone down so much. We ordered our food it took 1 1/2 hours to get our food. No hostess to seat us. The table was sticky and the green beans were horrible. They put garlic in them the smell of them made me nauseous. Our waiter was good but there was only 2 that I saw there. A lady in the restroom said she would not come back. The bathrooms was messy and only 1 sink out of 3 worked. I will not waste my time going back.Vegetarian options: Terrible

My son and I went to try Fatz cafe for breakfast. We arrived at 9am and the place was dead, we were the only customer. I’m guessing maybe not a lot of people know about it.Here was our experience… our waitress was super nice! Her name I believe was Bree (that’s what the ticket said). Very personable! I ordered a coffee and a country breakfast (eggs, sausage and potatoes and usually comes with toast but I got pancakes instead for $1.99 for two HUGE pancakes!) My son got Chocolate chip pancakes with sausage for $7.99 and it came with 3 HUGE pancakes and a chocolate milk. Our whole meal cost $24 and then of course tip on top of that.Overall great breakfast and great for the price and the size of food. The only thing I wasn’t impressed with was the breakfast potatoes (extremely salty, they used too much seasoning) but hey they just opened for breakfast and working out the kinks. I would definitely give it a shot! You can’t beat the price and good service!

DO NOT GO HERE! The waitress gave us our drinks with no straws. We told her what we wanted for alcohol drinks and she didn’t even put the other order in! Then she came back asking what we wanted to eat, sat beside my aunt, and still didn’t even remember to write down what we wanted. Just for her to come back and 3X to ask what we wanted again! She had to be high off of something because it was unbelievable! Then had the nerve to say it was because her grandma died! If you want good food and service, don’t go here ?

I will never eat here again I thought I would have a great experience since they open up at 11 and I ordered around 11:30. No food was cold and disgusting and we could barely eat it, i drove 45 mins away for this food and was very disappointed. BBQ on ribs tasted burnt and over cooked and my shrimp and chicken was in my plate with waste grease no way the cooked drained the food before placing in the container. The only thing good I have to say is the cashier was very nice. But the food is a no go.

First time eating in a Fatz since Covid started, this restaurant is located in Rock Hill near Piedmont Hospital. I used to eat at Fatz in Spartanburg, SC but both restaurants closed unfortunately. I was greeted very friendly by the hostess, she seated me and asked for my drink order A short while later waitress brought my drink to me and took my order. I ordered the fish, ff, slaw, she did not tell me that they were out of slaw. The kitchen manager came to explain saying their delivery was due the next day, and asked me to choose a different side item, which I chose broccoli cheese combo. The fish was very good as well as ff, the broccoli was awful.I was disappointed with it, difficult to eat, slightly overcooked, just a big clump of stuck together mess. Getting to the waitress, she actually ignored me, she didn't bring my food to the table as the kitchen manager did. Not once come to ask if I needed anything else. I will mention she rapidly came to collect payment when you did not provide any service. I wanted a to-go box and a cup to take my drink with me but she didn't even come to my table to inquire, after she received payment she was gone. I had to ask the hostess for a to-go box and a cup, when she returned with the drink she said they were out of to-go cups so she brought a huge soup container with tea in it. I wish she had told me no cups because the soup container could not fix in my car cup holder. I took the soup container to my car and poured some of the tea into a small water bottle while spilling the sticky sweet tea on myself. This was on a Wednesday afternoon so I probably just came on an we're out of everything day. Totally disappointed while spending $25.00 for a single person. I will not ever return to this restaurant, so if you plan to visit this restaurant do yourself a favor and ask them what they are out of before placing an order.

I had never been to this chain before and was looking for a place to chill and have something to eat. It was as expected, typical bar/ restaurant with a good selection of bar food. To sum it up, I had a couple of beers and they were nice and cold. I ordered the fried chicken fingers with fries basket, which I would rate as better than expected. They were short staffed and while a little slow, my experience was overall good.

The food wasn't hot and was surprised to see very few customers meaning very little help was there. The bartender and a hostess were the only employees. Table tops are sticky even after wiping down. For many years I came to this establishment and had great meals lots of people enjoying their food and laughter and banter going on at the bar. It is sad to see the state of this fatz location hopefully it will turn around because rock hill is growing fast.

Worst experience at this restaurant we have ever had.Its has been a long time my mom and I had ate there. It was Is horrible experience. Had to ask where my mom's food was. The mac&cheese was burned ( we was there at 1 and they opened at 11). The waitress was horrible barely even acknowledged are existence. Was nice to the table next to us. She was Laughing and cutting up with them and when it comes to us she had a mean and hateful look on her face. This was where my mom wanted to go for Mother's day lunch for her and it was Ruined. There was more but I will leave it at that. WAST OF MONEY!!!! HAD TO GO GET FOOD AFTER WE LEFT THERE...

1st time visiting Fatz and it was GREAT! our server Michelle was friendly, helpful, and knows her stuff. Everything was wonderful, the country fried steak OMGOSH it hits the spot to say the least. we'll see y'all soon.

Has anyone bothered to notice that there are different people replying to complaints but they all have the cut and paste reply Word for Word. If you actually care about your customers do not do that. At least give them the courtesy of a personal reply. I owned 2 restaurants for 20 years. I know people are short staffed nowadays but time management coupled with paying your key people a good living so they don't quit you would be key. It is not rocket science.jbt
