After getting our 1st trip to buffet had to ask for our silverware, drinks were brought after we asked for silverware, Meat was not really hot all other food was hot if stirred , ice cream had no taste

Use to love this location however it has really gone down hill. I asked one of the food preparers if they’d be replacing the cheesecake, as it was only a half slice left. She made it seem she like I was a bother so I asked someone else who brought a new cheesecake out with no problems. The first food preparer then took a piece of cheesecake and threw it on my plate, on top of my roll, passive aggressively! (There was nothing else on my plate but a roll). I then told the manager, Chris Hill, about it… and he made irrelevant comments about how they don’t like each other so that’s probably why they took it out on me. When I advised Chris that has nothing to do with me, he became aggressive and argumentative with me on the floor with a packed restaurant. On my way out, I also spoke with manager Lori, who didn’t care. Then the manager Chris Hill came all the way to the front to continue to argue with me as if we were on the streets, lol. It was just unbelievable and unprofessional. However, the waitresses were really nice. Also, the inside smelled of urine. I will also be making a complaint to corporate and BBB which is sad because I NEVER take the time to do this kind of stuff as I know people go through things and may have a bad day but this was just ridiculous. Thank you kindly!

I love the selection and the food is always tasty. The only unfortunate thing is the seating. Everyone seats themselves, puts their receipt down to hold the table before hitting the buffet. So you have tables made for four with only one person and then someone came along and moved my receipt to the table opposite which had the sun hitting it. So good food, good service (wait staff is amazing), bad seating.
May be the best buffet I have been to…Great food and service at a newer and clean location. Great variety of foods and the steak was tasty, as well. Thanks!
