Took 5 minutes for anyone to even answer the drive thru speaker after we pulled up just to tell us to wait when they did. Only 1 other car in the parking lot so they definitely weren't busy.Still had the breakfast menu up so couldn't see to order lunch even though they were only serving lunch.Ordered lunch and they were out of what I tried to order. Then they got our drink order wrong and charged us for 3 fries but only gave us 2. By that point we were late and weren't willing to go back and wait again for one order of fries.The ONLY positive was that the food was hot.Overall a frustrating experience and we will be sure to avoid this location in the future.

My husband has been in ICU at Piedmont. He is allowed to have vanilla shake I went to four different places and everyone they said the machine was broke. I went to Hardee's and I got the best shake I have ever had. I went there three days in a row and the lady knew exactly what I wanted before she even asked. I'm not sure of her name but I thank her very very much.
We got Big Hot Ham & Cheese sandwiches and a large sweet tea to share. It hit the spot.

They rushed me when placing my order. all i said was I wanted a #5 single with a diet coke, no ice. She said, pull around for your total. I paid, and then some guy was like, pull up and wait for your food. There were 2 cars already waiting, so he came out and asked them to move up with an attitude he was trying to stop the drive-thru clock. Very unprofessional.
