Please caution your staff to be more careful. I requested one lb of ham to make sliders for my family’s Easter celebration. I opened the package on Easter afternoon to prepare the sliders to find I had paid $17 for TURKEY. I HATE turkey, as do several of my family members. Honestly didn’t even realize you carried turkey. Hopefully someone will eat it as I will be making chicken strips for the rest of us. When I checked the package, it was clearly labeled TURKEY. Don’t know how such a careless mistake occurred but PLEASE ask your staff to pay more attention. I will inspect any future orders I may place.

I had an issue with my turkey and Blake the manager was so kind to come up with a solution. I'm very pleased with the kind service and how clean the inside was :) It is very hard to find kind service. I will definitely be back !!! The hams and turkeys are delicious, if you have not tried you will regret it. The best part is the caramelized glaze on top omg to die for.

Excellent spiral ham. Plenty of food during the holiday season. Very busy. Service can be more efficient with better training at the registers. They even sell ham bones with plenty of meat still left on it.Parking: Lots of parking but you have toShare it with other stores. It can be tight for large trucks when driving through the lanes.Wheelchair accessibility: Double door entrance that needs to be held open for wheelchair entry, but inside is spacious for a wheelchair.

No Lines and no one behind me. I was told to walk this maze to pick up my ham from this man asking paid or not paid. I ask him if he was going to make me walk the maze & he stated yes, but I didn’t.

Consider this a warning about the careless, incompetent, uninformed service of the Rock Hill Honey Baked Ham Store... several weeks back, we placed an order for a ham for Christmas (in person) at the Rock Hill location on Cherry Road. The adult male who took the order said IF we picked the ham up on Thursday 12-21-2023 there would be a $7.00 discount. That sounded good since it was for Christmas Day and would be convenient to do. Today when my wife went to pick up the ham, a teenager told my wife there was NO DISCOUNT without a coupon! That was not mentioned, nor coupon provided, when the order was placed! There are many places to purchase a ham for the holidays! Be sure to order from a reliable store that appreciates your business, not one that is run and staffed by incompetents who will rip you off on the day you pick up your order! From now on, we will buy and prepare our own ham! Honey Baked used to be good and a special treat for family gatherings, but at their prices charged these days they should be more service oriented and honor their advertised holiday pricing.

The Honeybaked Ham Bone-in Half Ham has always been a favorite for my Thanksgiving meals. There is nothing like that heavenly thick and crispy, sweet glaze on the ham. It had been a couple of years since we had one, so this year for Thanksgiving we splurged. I was SO looking forward to this amazing ham. However, on Thanksgiving morning, I opened it up to heat it in the oven and noticed there was barely any glaze at all. I was very disappointed our whole meal over the ham and the lack of glazing and flavor. Without the signature Honeybaked glaze, it's just another ham. And I paid $85 for it. Very disappointed to say the least. Will be hard for me to justify paying that much for a ham here again if they're going to be like that.

The options to place an order online are scare to nonexistent. Ordering online has taken me up to 23 minutes on multiple occasions, including today, when the call was finally answered to take my order, operating on a l ok limited menu; 23 minutes on hold for absolutely nothing. Despite mentioning these issues, there's been no improvement or consideration, even from management. While not outright rude, the overall management, including the website, lacks customer service and isn't user friendly. In-store sandwich wait times remain excessive, even with few customers present.

This is the third time ordering from The Honey Bake ham store. I ordered some Turkey there for an event we were having a couple of weeks ago. Everyone loved it. I want to say thank you to the staff for being so kind and helpful. I really appreciate it and I will be ordering again for my next event. May God continue to bless you and this business.

Good sandwich shop, they have some really great sweet and tangy honey mustard. Definitely recommend their spiral honey ham too, having had it at a fee potlucks it is very good. Southwest Turkey Ole is my favorite sandwich: good flavor with just a tiny kick of heat.
