Ordered 2 pot pies and chicken livers and 5 nuggets. We had to wait for 45 minutes to get food. Livers were overcooked to the point they were inedible. Also didn't get nuggets we ordered. Never again.

Upon arrival to pick up my online order the manager walk out infront of my car. I almost hit her cause she was on the phone and didnt even notice that i was there. I told them that i had an in line order. They brought out my food while I was still in the drive thru line and forgot my tea. They told me that they would be right back out. I waited for an additional 10 minutes to get to the window to request my tea for them to tell me they had none. They offered to make me some fresh tea. I said I would like that. At this point I had been waiting 15 minutes. My food was getting cold and I still had a 15/20 minute ride home. I asked if they can give me some hot food. I would have given the old food back to get fresh hot food. Instead they offered to give me 4 tenders to make up for my cold food. They were cold and soggy by the time I got home. Once I got home to feed my family, I open the food to see that it was all dark meat when it was supposed to be mixed. I have picky eater that only eats white meat. The only white meat we had was the soggy cold tenders they gave me. The only thing that was eaten was the sides, 2 tenders and one thigh. I was so livid that i no longer had an appetite. The staff was walking around aimlessly and laughing at points. While I was sitting at the window another customer walked up to the drive thru window to ask about their food. They had been sitting in one of the drive thru parking spots for 20 minutes waiting on a single pot pie. The young man who came to the window to see what he wanted was very nonchalant. It was obvious that they had forgotten about his order. There was one young lady that was very frazzled but tried to be as helpful as she could be. The Manager was frazzled as well but I was truly insulted when she gave me 4 cold and soggy tenders instead of offering me a fresh meal. If I could give this experience zero stars I would. I contacted corporate to complain and I am presently waiting on them to contact me for a refund.

Very poor customer service, walked in the open door to pick up a mobile order just to be told the lobby is closed even when told I was there for a online order pickup. Made to go out and thru drive thru. Extremely rude customer service. To add to that, they are faking drive thru times by asking you to not sit at drive thru window because they can't get food orders out on time. B quality chicken at best, I've seen pigeon wings and legs bigger then the chicken wings and legs.Then when bringing food out you don't even tell me who it's for or anything they just throw a bag at you and walk off? Don't do the job if you don't care about it.

Waited forever for our food and then got wrong stuff was made to pull off and park and wait at least 30 minutes and then our food was cold on top of that and the employee that took our order was rude and like I said every single item we got was cold what was the point of us waiting 30 minutes to get food that was cold. And then your employees want to act like we in the wrong cuz we pissed off that they got our order wrong and our food was cold like if I could put no stars I would cuz they suck and they need to do better and somebody needs to go through some customer service training... Cuz Popeyes is right across the street and from what I heard they got way better customer service than y'all....

I go to this location often, as I prefer KFC over Bojangles, but man... It's really hit or miss. Sometimes you'll get everything you asked for and on the first try, and it'll be perfect. Other times you'll be missing half your order and end up with food poisoning.
