The staff were phenomenal: very polite, courteous, patient and professional. Our food was hot and tasty. We got the 3 piece, extra crispy, with fries and it was great! The restaurant was clean and tidy. Highly recommend!

This location has the rudest people I've ever dealt with. I can't speak on whether food was any good because we left before we ordered. If you work with the public, you need a good attitude. She had a terrible attitude. Will never go back.

Crispy Chicken, biscuits and french fries were good as usual everything else ?? specially the green beans, the worst I ever tasted in a Restaurant (overcooked). Now the fountain was empty and when inquiring about it and asked for Mountain Dew I got served a watery drink with not flavor just plain water with some color on it, couldn't drink that, afraid of wherever that was it. Servers were ok and very attentive at this southern location.

This place is nasty and don't have friendly employees I've been in restaurant and retail management and how people serve u and handle your food now is nasty and disrespectful the manager I guess she was eating in the open kitchen area in front of customers and then went back to the table to fix food which was my order I had to let her know she was very nasty and didn't wash her hands u have to be careful where u eat out now and days and the kitchen floor was nasty a breast was on the floor the whole time u would have thought ? ? someone would have picked it up

Ordered 5pc tender box and a side thigh. I got a leg instead of a thigh, the fries were half full in container and they forgot the dipping sauces.Terrible on making sure the orders are correct before they leave the store

I usually order the livers which are good and cooked the way I like them for that is 4 stars…The 2stars is for the wing I ordered on 8/18/2023, that came with a breast and a biscuit… The breast for the second time was undercooked meaning underneath the skin was doughy… I was told the first time by a lady whom I assumed were the manager that it was done after I took it back, I told her I knew what undercooked chicken looked like but apparently she didn’t. I will not buy anymore breasts at this location, whenever I get the urge for fried chicken again hopefully another KFC will cook it thoroughly.
