Usually food and service are good. Today my wife found a bug in her salad and we were treated as if we were trying to pull something. While they did take off the price of the lunch meal, they made us wait a long time before we got the bill and again after we paid before we got the receipt. We could see our waitress chatting at the bar when she knew we were waiting to leave. Very frustrating and humiliating.

Worst experience I’ve ever had in my life we arrived at 1pm we didn’t get our drinks til 130 we didn’t get our complimentary bread until 2pm our food didn’t arrive until 2:20 once it did arrive it was incorrect under cooked and cold

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with this restaurant. I order the Lamb and mash potatoes with broccoli and cheese. My lamb was burnt and hard had no taste. My broccoli was cold hard and undercooked. Everyone at my table didn’t like their food. They need to do better..

Excellent food, friendly and fast service, and wonderful atmosphere with lots of western theme decorations. The restrooms were clean and the food was served hot. All of the staff were friendly. The French onion soup along with the bread served at the table is a great combination.The text reservation system we used from the website was perfect. It limited our actual wait time to 10 minutes and we could see our place in line live. This is a wonderful service. Definitely recommend this restaurant.
