I always enjoy a McAllister sandwich! I was greeted by Mark and it was his second day on shift. He was friendly, made sure everyone was having a great experience, and cleaning up the tables. I understand he struggled trying to put in my order since just starting but he did an amazing job handling everything by himself. McAlister's, set this man up for success! Someone should have been around training him and guiding him. The poor man was alone and I couldn't blame him. I see great potential in him!Thank you. ??

The portion sizes have dramatically shrunk. McAlister's pick two used to fill you up. Now it's not worth the $45's it costs for 2 people to eat there. My wife's grilled chicken spud had two pieces of chicken that were literally the size of an average persons pinky and you could actually count the individual shreds of cheese on it( There were 6 ). You can make a WAY BETTER baked potato at home and for a tenth of the price.

Everything was wonderful. Only reason I gave it a 4 star vs a 5 star is the costs, especially the drinks!! For 2 people at $3.49 each, ouch!! I did get a refill to get my $$ worth. Fir two sandwiches which came with small sides and 2 drinks came to $33.

Teeeoblw the chili was like glue. I ordered the italian with NO ham. The little sticker on the sandwich clearly said MO ham. The sandwich only had ham.today is my birthday and all I wanted was a sandwichImagine being so stupid that you can’t read we’re clearly says no ham and then all you do and only me that’s on the sandwich is ham stupid could you be

This is the slowest place I've ever been to they have no concern for you sitting out there 25 or 30 minutes waiting to pick up an order for doordash best restaurant doesn't even now I will no longer pick up orders from them.

This location was a breath of fresh air. My wife and I went here a few days ago and it was quiet, clean, and amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the food was incredible. Very good place to go and have a nice quiet dinner.

Customer service is trash. More than 4 workers in the back and none of them acknowledged customers that were waiting. 1 even came and took out trash and didn’t even say hello or told us it will be one moment. Another lady waiting with me even went towards the back to let them know they had customers waiting. Manager Jessica and other co workers continued to talk about customers In the back while I was waiting on my order. After almost 10 minutes I still did not receive my door dash order which was like soup and a carrot cake so I left.
