I wanted to dine in after work. After stepping in, No employee was to be seen, not even in the kitchen. After waiting a while, I decided to call to see if anyone would step out to take my order but no one even answers the phone. Poor customer service, avoid this location.

Ordered our food. 25 minutes later I went to counter to check on food.THE OLACE WAS EMPTY TOO. NO FASH ORDERS O. SHELF EOTHER!! A worker no were to be found. Finally someone came around from the kitchen and was like” they are making it now” I said it’s been 25 minutes( mind you our food was sitting in window). She said it again with an additude!! Food came out. My Ruben was cold. I went back to the counter with my plate. They” redid it”. Nope. All they did was run the bread through the toaster( I asked for it my bread not to be toasted) and nuke the mean. No sauce!!!We love McAlister’s, but this was no good. Plus an attitude on top of it. DO BETTER

Everything was great until I bit into my wrap to find frozen tomatoes inside in the Sandwich was very cold I paid $11.43 cents for this in I have to say it’s not worth don’t give anyone else something u wouldn’t

Terrible!!! Grumpy workers. Table dirty! Plates dirty! Soggy salad and cold soup. Slow service in an empty place. Yuck!! Will never eat here again unless its the last place standing when WW3 hits!
There was this kind man working when me and my husband went out for dinner tonight. I asked for his name, he said it was Cory. He was a very proactive manager, helping out in the front with plates and tables while the workers were busy with taking and bagging orders. He also refilled my drink for me with a very positive attitude. I just wanted to say that he brought me a good mood and made my experience pleasant.

Ordered the spicy southwest chicken sandwich to just get nothing but avocado .. disappointing. Also, ordered potato salad with no paprika only to have them put my potato salad with the paprika upside down in the takeout cup.. I guess they thought I wouldn’t notice , welll I did . What if I was allergic ??? No care for customer requests whatsoever
