The food took way too long and it's not even bussy at drive thru nor dining and they missing my order . They not even have fountains drink inside when where ppl wait for dining

This McDonald’s is always really disappointing. They did not let me know the cold brew had just been brewed and would be hot. I wanted and iced coffee with no ice, not a hot coffee. Everytime I come I have to walk back in the store bc something in drive thru or curbside was done incorrectly.The people who work there are not well trained and are incredibly rude every single visit. I won’t be returning to this location.Management has reached out to remedy on behalf of the employees. They should be so lucky.
