Every morning I have come through this mcdonalds around 4am their "system is always down" when other mcdonalds seem to have no issues taking my order

Was interviewed Week ago then told come topOf the week for orientation, get to the store nobody seems to know or be on the same accord about what was going on. Told me come back Wednesday, get there Wednesday they are still unorganized about an orientation, having to scream at each other. Took them 20 mins to unlock the store iPad (Managers!!) meanwhile they just end up sending me a Zoom call link for an orientation while several employees and managers walk around the store on their phones and eating food. What type of place is this? It seems like this place is ran carelessly. Wasting people’s time & to be walking around eating food while others are trying to figure out what’s going on. Nobody here is on the same accord, then people are coming up to the counter for missing food (probably what was being eaten in front of me).. I see why this store has a 3.5 rating look and turn around do not eat or try to get a job here. This is a pure mess. If I could give negative stars I would!

Went for lunch, first time in a mcdonalds in about a year. Ordered a quarter pounder with bacon, med fry and a chocolate shake. So first off the poor quality food: 14.95 for a over cooked hamburger (it was literally burnt along with the bacon). Both had been sitting in the warming tray for at least a few hours. Fries and shake were ok but terriblly over priced for the size of the portion. Next the restaurant. Placed the order as dine in but changed my mind when I went to find a table. The dinning room was absolutely disgusting, tables looked like they hadnt been cleaned since breakfast, garbage everywhere and a homeless perdon sitting at a table stinking up the place. I brought my concerns to the manager attention and informed her how dirty her restaurant was. She could have cared less didn't apologize and still hadnt sent anyone to clean it before I left. This is why I don't go to mcdonalds.... it simply sucks. High prices, no pride, no customer service and the lowest quality possible.

Went to McDonald’s to get some breakfasts there was a line in the lobby management and staff just looked at the people standing in line and only worried about the drive thru. Nobody greeted the people in the lobby. Service 0/10, everyone on first shift needs to get reevaluated

Drive thru is literally the slowest, I just waited over 25 minutes when there was one car in front of me, they only started taking orders after someone continuously honked their horn behind me. I have waited multiple times for over 10 minutes, and the workers do not even greet you. There is rarely an employee who is actually friendly. I’ve come by around 10pm, mind it’s a 24hrs site, waited in line only to get up to the window to be told that it is doordash only. Which seems like someone decided this because a manager is not there. Overall, this specific mcdonald’s is trash and I recommend going to the one on cherry rd down the street where service is quick and the employees are actually nice.

I absolutely love everything of the food quality and the service is given to me each time, over the years as as a customer through the drive thru and in person you do much better then Cherry Rd, sure at times you make the mistakes which is normal, at times not always focusing on the orders I know it gets stressful working fast food sometimes a little frustrating but the best location for getting my food at the times I've been working and going out there for food... in hard times, everything, love love just love it there, clean environment all the time, for years as a customer thank you, for a good normal service, I hope there is other great locations like you guys out there, in the future. I just wish the McDonalds app would get it together on the delivery service to me, other apps won't for it as I am close to your guys location, I would love to have delivery! I wasn't sure when to give this comment out to you guys until it's been proven, but you guys got it!
