Ordered sandwiches for lunch, all were awful. Cuban didn't have two of the main ingredients pickles and mustard. Club was made with diced chicken so it was sloppy to eat. Italian taste was just off. Pretzel bites were just pizza dough drenched in parmesan cheese and butter. Food was just bad. Ordered a peach buzz, also bad, could not taste Jameson only the artificial peach sweetener. Waitress was nice but didn't offer to fix anything or comp anything. She asked how things were and we explained nothing was great. Usually have a good experience here with the pizza, but definitely would not go back after this meal.

Service was great, our server was very friendly. Our order didn't take long and the food was awesome. I was also able to use a coupon from my Straight Talk reward points.

I've never been more embarrassed in my life. I placed an order online to be ready for 6:00. I showed up at 6:00 and was told my order had not started. Since I already picked up food for my kids from another restaurant and it was sitting in my car, I simply and very politely asked to cancel the order because I couldn't wait. In response, the employee who I can only assume was the manager, started yelling that "This is post covid, bro!" and "That's what happens when you order on the internet!".He would not provide a refund. When I asked why, he doubled down saying that pizza now takes longer to make because this is post covid. As he continued to embarrass himself, I walked out. As I left, two other nice ladies walked out with me. The women even complimented me saying that they couldn't believe how calm I was and they would absolutely not spend their money at the Mellow Mushroom.I have not received a refund and now I need to go dispute the charge with my credit card company. I could not make this up. What an embarrassment of a company.Update: John from the Mellow Mushroom reached out to me, provided a refund and apologized for the employee’s behavior. It’s rare to receive a positive call like that from any company so I do appreciate that very much.

Wow this place has imploded. How are you out of Mich Ultra on Friday night July 4 weekend at 6pm? our salad was brown, and the meat balls that look like dog food (see pics). I get it, hippies like to work there but if you are a hippy you can still hustle? It's slow motion service and they don't care. The pizza was actually an 7 of 10. Also hardly anyone there...very sad this place used to be jam up.

My fiancé and I go here a lot. I love the atmosphere. It's always so laid back and they carry my favorite craft beer. Our last experience was not a great one, however. Our food earned 1 star. Our pizza came out burnt on the bottom. Like, Darth Vader in the third Star Wars movie burnt. We sent it back after it took an hour to get to it. They remade it and it came back only slightly less burnt. They had a fire in one of the ovens. The waiter and manager were so understanding. They comped our entire bill and I have to say that I'll be back, undeterred from our last experience.

The restaurant looked like a riot had occurred in the dining room and the staff looked shell shocked, and I say this is the nicest manner. They had just had a party of 55, yes fifty-five, mostly teenagers, depart the dining room when we arrived to order some takeout pizzas.We ordered at the very attentive host stand and were told it may take a little longer than normal due to the very large party. No worries on our end as we sat at the bar.The bartender was great as was the bar back. Had a reasonably decent Old Fashioned cocktail. I say reasonably because this is a pizza place not a high end steakhouse, for instance.The pizzas and other items were excellent!! Hot and perfectly prepared, which was nice because we had two very hungry teenagers who had played in a lacrosse tournament that day!This entire experience was positive, because I am not a Mellow Mushroom fan. The MM in our city went out of business due to poor service and quality.As an Atlantan who has eaten at the very first Mellow Mushroom, my faith in the pizza has been restored.

The food was great, but the service was terrible. The bartender, I believe named Abby, did not refill my drinks. She was constantly on her phone. She was dressed very unprofessional. She also spent a lot of time talking with the kitchen staff and not worried about her customers. She also smelled like a ash tray. I understand people have habits, but the least she could do is spray herself to cover up the smell. I will definitely go back for the food but I'll choose a booth seat next time instead.

Delicious food, I love mushroom pizza with truffle oil drizzle. The strange thing was that they brought out a calzone without silverware. We asked for silverware and they said they were out, but they had plastic. Then we realized that they only had plastic to go style ramekins too. That was a little strange.

Just bought a veggie calzone from this location I could not eat it. It was not cook all the way inside I couldn't tell what was the melted cheese and what was the uncooked dough! I was really looking forward to it but this was a truly horrible experience!
