They were out of birria which is what I wanted, but I got my usual adobo chicken bowl and it was good, really fresh!Parking: This location has weird parking. The lot is on the other side of the building from the wheelchair accessible entrance, the closest entrance has steep steps. This location also hosts a vape shop and chicken place on either side, so parking gets tight. This parking lot is also overflow for the movie theater across the street.

I eat Moes weekly just normally not this location. I sent my husband in and the young man taking his order didn't listen to his request and started making my nachos with chips in the bowl instead of on the side my husband immediately corrected him and then he seemed as if my husband was a bother. My husband has never eaten Moes and when he brought my nachos home I was very upset the portion size was 1/3 the amount of any other moes around here. I specifically ordered extra queso was charged for it but for the scoop of single queso order I returned the food to moes and the "manager" informed me she couldn't do refund but could remake it but it wouldn't be any different unless I wanted to pay more money at which time I declined had to wait almost 30 minutes to speak to a DM in order to get a refund. There was literally 3 pieces of chicken and a couple shavings in the bowl that is absolutely ridiculous $15.00 dollars for that small quantity of food. I've never had this problem at any other Moes they differently need retrained on portion sizes and if this is the new expectation of portion size then they need to lower thier cost of the items. Absolutely would not recommend drive the extra 7 minutes to the moes in Fort Mill and get your money's worth.

The food is delicious. But do not order anything from them online for delivery and always double check before leaving if you’re doing pickup. Over the last 6 months we’ve probably ordered from them 10 times. And 9 out of 10 times the order is wrong, missing something, or straight up someone else’s order. Online ordering has been awful for years just seems to have gotten worse over the last year or so. The restaurant business is hard but the carelessness is starting to get outrageous at this point.

The food was awesome. The service was a little slow because they were understaffed for the customer volume they had. I met a couple of my friends from church on Saturday evening. We all agreed that the employees were friendly and did the best job they could with the circumstances they faced.

Saturday February 3 2024. 7:30 pmThey are not trained well to handle crowd and how to take care of their customers. We spent $50 for two bowls and two kids meal. I specifically said two kids meal, one burrito and one quesadillas to Hispanic boy was in Front taking orders in front line.Only asked them to put cheese and meat, but when I mentioned that I should be charged for kids, because I asked for kids. they re-made my kids meal to very very small portions to cover up cost. I didnt mind paying for extra, if they had asked but they didn’t even say anything and when we got home we found very small burrito out together.On top of that chips were refried and tasted burnt.

I ordered online so that i could walk in and pick up my food, but when i walked in at the time it was supposed to be done i had to wait 10 minutes to get my order. Didn’t notice till later but they also forgot the salsa for my chips. Im on second shift so i order online to be able to eat my lunch when i am able to eat out. Its thoroughly upsetting to see this place go downhill after just a few months of not going.

I think this will be my last time visiting this Moe’s. It’s been going down over my last few visits. For starters, the dining room is constantly dirty. Tables are never wiped down during lunch hours. Drink machines constantly seem to be breaking down. In the past 4 months, the food quality is what has been going down hill. Never fresh. Today the rice was so dried out, I think I broke a tooth. I’ve always been able to count on the the chips though. Not today, they’re stale. The one bright spot I is the attitude of the workers (for a semi-fast food restaurant). They welcome me with a smile and speak to me with respect. I just wish they could recognize when rice has dried out, chips have gone stale, and have a desire to keep the dining room clean.

No one listened to us order and just put whatever they wanted on our food. Horrible customer service! Did not get what i asked for and got caso poured on everything. Do not see a reason to ever go back!

My husband and I was so excited to take my daughter to a place that once had so much life. We wanted her to hear the “Welcome to Moe’s” chant! When we walked in, no one said anything! There were 4 staff members who didn’t even look up. It was terrible. They all were rude. I agree with Daniel below! We will never come back. The food was so so, but not like before. Thank goodness Chipotle has came to time. I hope this place gets it together or Rock Hill should replace it with something that will grow with the city!
