Spent $120 on family dinner. They brought me the wrong order, delivery guy came back and argued that it was only the wrong receipt until I started opening boxes and showing him. He dropped a receipt in my yard and walked away. I had to ask him to pick it up. The pizza they brought me was wrong the second time too. Waste of hard earned money. $20 tip to be argued with

Rude Management and no drivers so if you don't receive your full order don't expect this store to do anything to fix it especially Brittany Sawyer.. Complaint file with Corporate and Upper management. This store is the worse in Rock Hill. I'll never eat from there again.

Just ordered a pizza with pepperoni, banana peppers and pineapple. I know, some people are rolling their eyes at the mere mention of pineapple but I like it. From ordering online and delivering to our home, all in all it was a total of about 30 minutes. The only thing that prevented me from giving 5 stars was that the box wasn't sealed. It usually is when we order from this location on East Main St.

I am a door dasher and I had to use the drive through instead of being able to come inside. Alex greeted me warmly and explained that he was the only person working at that time. Alex was very professional and made the orders promptly with a great attitude! I hope the owners of this Papa Johns sees this and lets Alex know what a great job he did! His positive attitude changed my bad day into a good one! Thank you Alex!

Constantly getting orders incorrect. Pizzas are often not cooked completely. I don't even think the ingredients are very good anymore at the Rock Hill locations.

I have never done a review before because I’m a college student and I get what I get and don’t throw a fit. But I did this time. I ordered my food after 20 minutes drove to the location just to see that this was posted on the door. Now I wouldn’t have been upset if I hadn’t already ordered my food and I didn’t see it through the window with my name on the tag and already had it payed for. The lady on the phone that took my order was also the one that answered when I called them asking what was going on. She seemed confused and said that she would connect me to that location. But obviously they didn’t answer. I had to call the one on E. Main St. thankfully they gave it to me for free. Papa Johns this is very unprofessional of you. I would’ve at least preferred a call back or my money back.
The last 2 times I ordered I was scammed by them! First time I ordered online. 2 hours go by and didn't received my food. Me and kids waited and nothing was received. Tonight they took my money over the phone and did not received my food again. I was told that I would've been contacted within 48 hours and still haven't been called for the first time I ordered. Me and my children will never support papa johns I'm highly disappointed.UPDATE: Right when I was cut my porch light off I get a knock & it's my pizza & it's cold! It doesn't taster good. Waste of money.

I use this location over any others. Convenient location, very friendly and professional staff that is always working so hard, convenient drive up and drive thru options, as well as always serving up the best pizza and other menu items!!always new menu items to try! Food is cooked to perfection every time, as if it was their own. The general manager is also very very kind and professional! I had one small mistake, that could’ve easily happened when I was ordering on my end honestly. Brantlie, (the GM) went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of by personally reaching out to me. I will continue to use this Papa Johns a few times monthly! Love them! ❤️ Keep up the good work team!Parking: A lot of open parking.Wheelchair accessibility: There is easy wheelchair accessibility into the store.

If I could give no stars I would. I ordered one pizza, a pizza bowl, and cheesesticks online at 11:15 am for a 6 pm pickup. I got a text at 5:59 that my order was ready. I arrived at 6:05. I sat in the drive thru line until 6:45 at which time I was told it would be another 20 minutes. So I pulled to the side. I waited 20 minutes and heard from no one. I got back in line. I waited until 7:50 and then finally went into the lobby. It's currently 8:21 and I still don't have my order. If I hadn't already paid, I would have left. There are pizza orders stacked up everywhere and the staff keep remaking orders because pizzas are dying because the wait is so long. This is unacceptable. I hope I can go home sometime tonight.
