Pizza Huts food is always good but came in today and watching them make food with NO GLOVES on… doubt I will be back if they don’t have to wear gloves making my food

I ordered pizza and Cinnabon, within 3 hours I came down with food poisoning. It went on for 24 hours, will not be eating here again!

Ordered a pizza online for pick up. Show up and "the order didn't go through" okay. So they say wait 15 min and we'll make it. Wait 15 more min. Go back in... Oh "the order didn't go through" WHAT?!? How do you talk to a person and them blame it on an order "not going through" How do you not make sure a lost order gets made. Omg. First time at the Hut in a while, such a bad experience. (42 min later still waiting)

Pizza ordered on Thursday was cooked to perfection!!The only thing that could have made it better would have been to eat it on a sit down location.
We have had exceptional service at this Pizza Hut! The GM, Christy, is a gem. She helped us serve our community by donating pizzas, breadsticks, and pop. Janaya was also wonderful and sweet. We are so grateful for what they have done for us and our local community. A big THANK YOU to Christy!

Placed an online order through the mobile app (which is normal for us) - had no issues. We did not arrive for pickup until 45 minutes after the order was placed, to provide a few extra minutes for prep. seeing as it’s a football weekend. The cashier kept asking who the order was for even though the order name was on the screen and was repeated multiple times. The cashier then provided one of two boxes from the order. When we mentioned needing the other box of cheese sticks she decided to throw open our pizza box and point to a pepperoni pizza and claim the pizza was in fact our order of cheese sticks. When we continued to argue that our pizza was not in fact the order of cheese sticks she audibly huffed in our face and returned with a box containing a pizza melt. When we pointed out the mistake we were told we’d have to wait for a new order to be made seeing as they’d given away our order of cheese sticks.At the end of the day I know Pizza Hut is a fast food pizza place, of sorts. However, if we follow ordering protocol and provide additional time to make sure an order of two items can be prepared correctly, we expect the two items to be correct without argument (or boxes open for all to breathe on during said argument).
The building looks like garbage, but the food was excellent. We had a big dinner box and ate every bite.

Very disappointed. Generally go to competition across the street and hadn’t tried this Pizza Hut. Staff was friendly and can’t say enough good about them and give them 5 stars. The pizza however was the worst Pizza Hut pizza I have ever had. The crust had holes in bottom and some slices ranged from 1/4 of the pizza to a slice so small, two fingers held together were wider. Will not be back.
