Food was a bit too sweet for my taste.Ordered tofu with brown rice.Brown rice was cooked to an amazing and pleasing texture.I forgot to ask that the tofu be "chowed".Instead, the tofu was batter dipped and deep fat fried.Good tofu, but not like the way that I prefer how tofu is cooked.If I have a gripe the food was a meal too "Americanized".Reason being, I do not know if the over sweetness was from fructose corn syrup or cane sugar.Should have requested tofu "chowed" with a small amount of soy sauce and the brown rice plain.Those are my food preparation preferences with these types of food.Elsewise, the service was fantastic.The Manager was attentive.The server attended my party of four very well.She made certain our drink glasses were filled and showed any meal need would be fulfilled.I have my preferences and I will remember to ask the food be prepared to my preferences next time.This restaurant has provided my request in the past.Guess I should have not got so wrapped up in entertaining and providing food and drinks for my guest!!!
