Closing at @8:15 when your site and your hours say 9:30 is insane 4 workers and only 2 people in line. Your line broke completely down couldn't make anyone food

Who owns this place???? We just moved here and was looking for the go-to Subway. Came in around lunch time on 11/13/23. Wasn't super busy. No line. The gal in front of us seemed to relate to how we were feeling. You could see it on her face. The employees seems beyond pissed off. They hate their job. It's so obvious. They are throwing things around. Even while sitting here eating there's pans being thrown and yelling. They almost seem mad you walked in to order a sandwich. This either reflects poorly on the franchise owner or the caliber of employee being hired. I am a good tipper and gave a tip but for once almost regretted it. The lady sounded almost disgusted that my rewards phone number didn't work that I didn't bother correcting it. I was talking to my husband about it and dropped an F-Bomb to him under my breath. I never curse! It's like the longer we were there the more we started to feel the tension and anger of the gals working the counter. Ladies...this isn't the job for you. Either you're not good at customer service or your boss is treating you badly. There's no other reason for the attitude and hostility. Find something else. We won't be back. Our search is on for a decent quick sandwich spot!

My 15 year old worked under the manager Missy. Missy is very rude, nasty and unprofessional to customers and employees.On Saturday September 16 when I picked my daughter up from work at 7 pm she came out crying stating that Missy left the store with 2 fifteen year olds and a older new employee. She called back and told them to have the store closed by 7 pm. When Missy came back to the store at 6:49 the store had many customers inside waiting on orders. Missy came behind the counter giving orders rudely snatching orders from the employees and talking to them rudely in front of customers like they were scum underneath her shoe. Missy even took it upon herself to throw food around and when a customer asked my daughter why was she throwing food my daughter turned to ask Missy and she basically fired her in front of all the customers because she asked why was she throwing food.As I was entering the store a group of ladies was walking out looking concerned and asked if I was the mother because the manager is being rude and just fired my child in front of everyone. I went in and asked Missy what was the problem because I have the right to know what's going on with my child she rudely told me that she was done and to get out of her store. I asked her for her last name her supervisor name and corporates phone number and she REFUSED. As I'm talking to her an employee was behind the counter without any shoes on and shorts on. There are so many complaints from other fifteen-year-olds who have worked for Missy she does not need to be managing anybody with that type of attitude.

That manger Missy that works at east main subway is very rude an needs to be fired. We don’t need a rude manager like that taking care of employees or customers. Told me she was too busy to address any of my concerns. I asked for corporate number an she hung the phone up in my ear like I was nothing or nobody. WE DONT NEED A MANAGER LIKE THAT WORKING NOWHERE. JUST ALL OUT RUDE? DONT DESERVE ANY STARS FOR THAT MATTER

Service here is usually spotty, but I dont expect 5 star service from subway. Bu their hours even more annoying. Store is supposed to be open until 930, went by at 8pm, sign on the door still said open, employees we're still inside, but they were waving everyone away saying they were closed. At least turn the sign off...

I ordered ahead through the app at 12:20 to be ready at 12:40, I only get a 30 minute break hence why I ordered ahead.I would not order ahead here around the lunch rush and expect to make it back to work in time. I arrived at 12:40 and my order was not ready and no one even knew a pick up order had been placed. I spent my entire break driving and waiting on my food.Once they were done making my sandwich I had to then confirm with them my order- no big deal- and they didn't even look at it to know I made it a meal with cookies. I also had to wait on the tea which was empty.The food was fine and the tea was sweet, people were cordial but I wouldn't come here again at normal lunch rush and expect them to be proactive and on top of things. In my opinion there were plenty of employees who could have made the service quicker but they did not.

Ordered thru the app on Sunday 4/30/23 at 7:15 pm and got there and the store was closed and the sign on the door said it closed early due to staffing shortage and that all online orders would be automatically refunded however it is now Thursday 5/4/23 and no refund has been provided. And they don’t answer the phone and so there is no way for me to ask for my refund. Please help!!
