These subways are denying people to use coupons!!! I've been here before and was allowed to use my coupons. I come here today and the lady is telling me we don't take coupons and never have as if I'm lying to her!! I will never recommend Sub way to anyone because of this and me going to two different locations and getting bad service!!

I place an order and was I get a text stating that my order would be their at 7:33 p.m. A few minutes later door dash calls me and states that" subways might have canceled your order or modified it.,have they contacted you." I try to call them with no response ,I did that 5 times!!!!! I try to call door dash back with no response either 3 times.I get another text from subways stating that my order would be here at 7:48 p.m. Then at 7:54p.m. they canceled my order.I'm pissed because I'm starving so I get in my car and go to Subways. I get their and they are closed.Why does it say on website that it closes at 9 p.m.So I go to another subways on cherry Road, I see people in store so I go in and get all the way to the counter for the girl to tell me that their closed,so I state why are you closed when you stay open til 9:30. She states "because I'm only 15.My question is why are you hiring children who are only allowed by law to work a certain amount of hours a on a school week. SUBWAYS IS LOSING OUT ON ALMOST 2 HOURS OF MONEY BECAUSE THEY ARE HIRING UNDERAGE CHILDREN HERE IN ROCK HILL SOUTH CAROLINA.BY THE WAY MY MONEY BETTER GET BACK ON MY CARD OR ELSE IM CALLING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND THE NEWS STATIONS TO ALERT THEM TO THIS SITUATION!!!!

We placed an order online and we tried to express that the app made an error. And they were not understanding and didn't even attempt to offer us an option to fix it. I understand food cannot be wasted but the app mixed our order and we do not eat the same thing. Attitudes were pretty nasty. I quote “see here on the receipt we didn't make a mistake we made it how it was ordered so there nothing I can do”. Very disappointed. This was on 5/12/2023 around 12:00pm.

One of the better subways I've been to. Me and my wife had our first date here so we are glad is still open. Good service and food.
