Justin “Painfulismydaddy” Case

Workers are very slow at what they do causing line to back up, they don’t have good health regulations in building and never change gloves out when working with meat into vegetables! Very unsanitary and unprofessional. Stop hiring people that can’t keep up the speed and professionalism of serving customers to the full extent!

Ordered on line. When I arrived there was nobody in the store but the worker and she had just bagged my order. I walked up and said "I believe that's mine. I ordered online, last name Martin." She very rudely responded with, "Do you see Martin on this anywhere?". It had my first name and last initial. Had I not already paid online I would have walked out. Her hostile attitude was unacceptable. I will never go back.

Bro if you want sauce on your sub, make sure you grab an entire case of napkins and say a prayer before you go into it. I swear they dumped the entire bottle of sauce on my sub and had to wrap it twice to make it not leak everywhere. It was so soggy, the bread was falling apart even though it was toasted. I don’t think they put my cheese on there either. I won’t even lie though, after I scraped off most of the sauce and gave up on trying not to be messy, it was pretty gas. I did have to take it apart and reassemble it because they just pulled everything on one corner and then dumped a bunch of sauce on it to cover it up

Ordered through the app at this location. The app said our order will be ready at 7:20 pm. We went at 7:15 pm and saw the employee from the store get in her car and leave. The store was closed. We waited for 15 minutes and no one showed up. We were charged for the order but never picked it up.

Whatever you do, don’t ask for extra sauce. Walked in 30 minutes ago and the blonde lady behind the counter was immediately frustrated at the fact that people walked in. When we arrived to the counter we are greeted with a blunt “what do you want” as if we were bothering her. When it was time to put sauce on my sandwich, she put a minuscule amount due to the bottle being empty. I kindly apologized and asked if she would refill it so I could get some more. When the person from the back brought her more, she took both hands on the bottle and squeezed out as much as she could completely ruining my sandwich. It was intentional all because she was mad that I had asked for some more. Got home and immediately threw the sandwich away due to it not even being edible. Don’t know who this lady is but from the reviews I can tell she’s like this with everyone. Needs fired.

Love Conquers All

Came in today at 8:38pm. The open sign was on and it says that the store doesn't close until 9:30 yet the two young ladies in the store turned us away saying they had already put the food up. It's sad when people find ways to ride the clock with total disregard to customers or professionalism. Will go out of my way to avoid this location.

Rude. Rude. Rude. Acted as if we the customer were bothering them. I was extremely embarrassed to bring my 75 year old mother here. Never coming back. Many more friendly establishments in Rock Hill area to spend my hard earned dollars.8/23/23 at approximately 130pm so you can research who was "working" if you care about your business.

Ordered through a delivery app over 3 hours before their closing time. Didn't get my drinks or chips, the spinach and lettuce had obviously been sitting out too long, and the store was closed by the time I got my food (2hrs before their closing time)
