Very busy both Drive thru and inside. I still recieve friendly service, and hot quality food. There's was not enough people but they did a Awesome Job. Pamela the manager was doing a excellent job. My hats off to Taco Bell on Heckle Blv in Rock Hill S.C Great Service guys.
This taco bell turned around quick this year. They were struggling but are back on track. The last few weeks, they're 100% on accuracy and quality. The people are all very kind and clearly care. It shows in the product they deliver.
Okay, sure. Some people call it Taco Swell/ Hell, but I truly did enjoy it. For one, the service is faster than it has been for the last few years, and the people were super nice! I went at night, which is when I'm used to a restaurant workers attitude being unprofessional and slow. But these guys? Pros. Will be back for some swell Taco Bell.

Ordered via the app and picked up in the drive thru. Attitude from employees was dismal. Food was okay, but they didn't pay attention to my custom order. When I ask for easy beans, they put extra beans. I understand that this location has been troublesome, especially of late. That's just pure and simple poor management! I expect better for the prices that are being charged. ?

I ordered on the mobile app and my order wasn't ready so they made me drive around I done that 3 times and the 4 th time I drove around my order was done... If it hadn't been done they were going to pay for my 4 laps around Taco Bell!! The food was worth the laps tho!!
First cleanliness is needed. 2nd didn't get reciept to prove I got wrong order because you were not getting my number or email you fraudsters. Worst visit ever. Had to eat food I didn't order. Won't be back . Now I'm across the street at McDonald's because I couldn't eat the wrong food given to me. Bet I get a receipt here!!!!!!other people in my party were mad about no receipt also. Proof I went right to McDonald's across the street
