My previous post is for this Taco Bell not the one on Heckle Boulevard but this Taco Bell I drove across town because the other Taco Bell on Heckle Boulevard systems was down so I drove across town when I got there they were out of the new burrito grilled cheese boxes the drive-thru attendance told me after placing another order I believe a number 7 the Mexican pizza. I looked into the bag and saw the pizza was too small I paid roughly $7 and some change for this order roughly the pizza was just too small that's nothing. I told the attendant that I would like to change my order she refused stating it was corporate corporate policy and procedures not to change an order after it had been placed .My question is what happened to managerial courtesy I question the manager and employees are they really committed to good serves customer courtesy and customer satisfaction I I'm not angry but it does put in to questioned whether or not I will return it to the store or to Taco Bell in the Future

Taco Bell on Anderson Road takes your order and then you makes you pull around to the door and wait on your food. That ain't no way to get your drive-thru line time down because it doesn't count if your customers waiting and still don't have their food

The service here is below expectation.. No one said Hi or Welcome.. First thing I was told is, "Use the kiosk to order"... Some of us don't like to use it.. I believe the kiosk was put there for customer convenience and not for crew convenience.. Also the kiosk don't give paper receipts and when I ask for one they say they can't but I know they can.. Giving 3 stars just for good food..

HORRIBLE MANAGER SKILLS AND MOSTLY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I will definitely drive the few extra miles to the next Taco Bell next time. I went through the drive through and the lady we dealt with was nice, BUT the manager was just rude and obnoxious. We had already asked for plenty of sauce before we got to the window and it wasn't a problem. As soon as she asked me which kind, for my 10 year old son who was with me, the manager made her tell us whatever was in the bag was all we were getting. My son isn't easily upset, but he could tell by the tension in the cashier's voice that she didn't want to turn us away and that it really put her in a bad position. I said ok thanks anyway. And I pulled over to the side of the building to check the food, which I always do as I am ordering for 6, and my son brings it to my attention that the SAME MANAGER who made her employee tell my son no was handing handfuls out the window to other customers. Mind you it was only certain ones that she seemed to be friendly with.

Sad what has happened to this chain, new one on I-77 & exit 77 in Rock Hill Is off to a bad start, coupled with over pricing with Tacos meager portions/size, but take out crew was very rude & disorganized! We Realize new location & covid rules notwithstanding, Telling customers that an order can not be changed and insisting we pay for an order that was not what we wanted, well....

A newer location but it wasn't clean even with the dining room being closed. Customers had to order at the kiosk but there was no sanitizer available to clean it after each order. There was only one other customer inside ahead of me but my order took 10 minutes to be completed. There isn't a way to order "no shell" on the kiosk. The tortilla chips were disgusting - tasted like they were drenched in old oil.
