Still one of the best values in fast food and relatively healthy too.Vegetarian options: Almost anything on the menu can be made with beans instead of meat.Parking: Large free lot adjacent.Kid-friendliness: Lots of kid friendly menu items, sodas, high chairs.Wheelchair accessibility: Fully accessable facility.

Slow service, electronic locks on bathrooms require a staff person to open.Priority seems to be to drive through. Over 10 min for order to be ready at counter service.

Every grilled item was burnt. It took forever to get our food in the drive thru, probably because they were busy burning the food. The cashier didn't take our money. The line cook handed us food and we told him we hadn't paid yet. I also didn't get my chips for the nachos. Got the cheese though. It's Taco Bell. Nobody expects an outstanding experience, but yall knew you burnt all those grilled items.

These workers really need all the praises and raises! They always go above and beyond to keep their customers happy! I had a rather small order on the app tonight and they left the cutest note because they were out of mild sauce. I'm not giving this rating based solely on tonight, they really do always make the food fresh, and on the slightest chance they do make a mistake, they're very professional and apologetic and correct it, in a friendly, and prompt way! Thanks to the crew of Anderson Rd for being the best, and I am specifically shouting out the evening crew!! Thanks Miss Ebony for your generosity! You are so sweet and awesome ??

Ordered 8 regular soft tacos, basically tortilla with a spoon full of meat and hopefully that weird stuff was lettuce these costed right at $16 which is outrageous, I will not be dining here anymore the quality and quantity both have drastically went downhill but prices sure increased. Gotta be better places to get tacos worth paying this amount of money for it's not Taco Bell.

This location is always forgetting things in our orders. If we go through the drive thru or order through door dash. It's not the dashers fault because the bag is sealed and they always forget something. My daughter ordered two Doritos cheesy crun wraps and got the core of the lettuce head in her wrap! This location needs better training and better management.

My family was craving that signature Taco Bell dinner tonight, so we ordered delivery from the Taco Bell on Anderson Road in Rock Hill S.C. We ordered about $30 worth of food, and with delivery, tax, and tip, it ended up right at $45. Not bad for a family, but when our Dasher delivered our bag of goodies, there was not one pack of Taco sauce in the bag! No way is a taco, burrito, or even a tortilla chip any good without sauce. We ordered 20 packets of "Hot" and 10 packets of "Mild" sauces with our order, and it was clearly present on our order and clearly printed on our receipt. Neither the Taco Bell employee nor the Dasher took one look at our meal to ensure the order was complete before it was sent out. The Dasher was friendly and timely, and I'm sure he was just handed the bag, but having no sauce for our meal was a complete disaster! Taco Bell's signature sauce is what makes you order their food in the first place. Not one of you reading this post would eat a Taco Bell burrito or Taco without at least one packet of sauce on it. It made what would have been an awesome dining experience at home a complete disappointment. All our food was there, why not the sauces? Same list to look at as the food items. Complete lazy negligence by some teenager who hates his job, obviously, but I hope this post will correct that. I love Taco Bell, but I will never forget this bad experience, and going forward, I may never order takeout from there ever again. (That is, unless I have taco sauce in my fridge already)The biggest problem I had was I tried to contact Taco Bell and complain about my experience only to be snubbed again by the app. After my long rant comment twice, it wouldn't allow me to hit send, and hitting the back button erased my typing twice. Made me so mad I turned to Google! I wanted to warn everyone that delivery is not 100% satisfying from the Anderson Road location of Taco Bell. At least it wasn't tonight. Do better guys, or it will be burgers over tacos next time. John W.

Just yes. They could film commercials using this location's food presentation and high-quality.
