We came in tonight after a really long day. Chandler was absolutely incredible. She has an infectious, positive attitude toward her service and made us feel so taken care of! Wingers were very good! The vibes were chill, bartender quick, and music awesome! Thanks for a great night ❤️??

Honestly disappointed. Pricier and less selection than the Brass Tap that was downtown Charlotte.Overpriced under quality. Just not impressed.Toilet is broken, lights out in the bathroom.

This is a hidden gem! Jesse and Qween were absolutely amazing, fun, engaging and really made our special event that much more fun and memorable. Qween is a master mixologist and seasoned manager. Jesse is genuine and takes pride in his job and creating a fun and engaging atmosphere. Yes I am drinking the Kool-aid on Brass Tap. Thank you for everything.

What a disappointment. Beautiful atmosphere and lovely location. Our server was prompt and friendly. They have many draft beers. Too many for the bartender to know which ones are IPAs. I ordered an IPA and got a seltzer. We ordered the cheeseburger, fried chicken sandwich, fish tacos and club sandwich. We all agreed that everything was less than average. So sad. There are too many other places to spend my money. We won’t be back.

They make a great chicken Caesar salad! Nice craft beer selection! We have been several times and had great service.

Love this place...I come regularly for the Tuesday Trivia! I love the host is so energetic! The bartender, Justice, is amazing and makes the best peach margaritas (highly recommend). The tacos are also tasty and love the cod tacos. And the music really adds to the atmosphere! It's a chill environment not too much hustle and bustle and really chill.

The food was good, but the atmosphere and character of some not so much. Our waitress was great. The manager (guessing that is what she was) caused a scene in-front of the whole restaurant. She screamed at the young girl who was taking excellent care of us. After this we could definitely tell the girls mood changed she seemed embarrassed and upset. She kept apologizing to us. After the situation the bartender seemed to ignore the girl. She came up to us multiple times apologizing about the wait on our drinks. We told her it was ok, but honestly it was not. The bar was not busy at all. We felt really bad for the girl, but hopefully made her day with the well over 20% tips we all gave her. She deserved it, but we will not be returning or recommending this place to anyone else.

Trusted Straight to the Point Reviews:-Wait time: None at 9pm-Atmosphere: Cool locals style pub atmosphere-Cost: slightly above average-Food: 9/10. After about 9, they switch to a small late night menu. We got buffalo wings, great! Tater tots we solid but nothing special-Server: 8/10. Newish server, took good care of us, little trouble with the bill at end but no biggie-Overall: 8/10. If you want to feel at home with a big tap list of non local "craft" beer, this is a good spot. Food was standard but tasty. Wings $14, tater tots $4

We went as a group of about 20. We called ahead and then double checked that they could handle our party when we got there. They assured us it would be fine. There were less than 10 other people in the bar when we arrived. And they never got busy besides our party. One server started off somewhat rudely after we had been there probably 10 minutes already and said she was ONLY taking drink orders. SOME drinks, not all of them came out slowly over the course of about 45 minutes. After 45 minutes or so we asked the server if we could go ahead and order. She finally came around and took our order. Some people's food came out over the next 30-45 minutes. Some people never got their food. And the food was sub-par and generally gross. The chicken tenders and fries were good, pretzel appetizer was good and burgers were decent. Salad, tacos, brussel sprouts and the pulled pork over sweet potato fries were absolutely awful. The first server came to ask what food we were missing and we said we wanted to leave. So we lined up and got our bills taken care of so we could go pick up food before other places closed. We were there over 2 hours. The staff wasn't particularly friendly and I don't know what happened but I would not recommend this place ever.

First time my boyfriend and I tried this place and I have to say that we were less than pleased. As soon as we walked in the door the smell of stale beer hits you in the face. The floor was sticky. The bathrooms were disgusting. We ordered chips and queso as an appetizer. It came out cold and the chips were stale. At that point we decided to go elsewhere for dinner. Service was extremely slow, but friendly. Very disappointing as the area is so nice. Restaurant needs attention.

I visited this location on February 25th with 7 other people. I made a reservation the previous day to ensure we would have seating. Chandler was our server and the manager Quenanecha helped run food. The food was average...they were out of fish for "fish and chips" as well as a couple mixers for their advertised cocktails. I had to go to the bar to get silverware for the table and we had to request plates and napkins from the server once appetizers were brought to the table. Food and drinks didn't arrive in a similar order as requested, causing me to inquire if the order was actually placed. Approximately halfway through our meal, I noticed two women enter the restaurant and sit along the back wall. It was obvious Quenanecha knew these women personally by the way she greeted them. I later learned one of these women is Chandler's sister, who she called to the restaurant to intimidate us. After paying our bills and walking to the parking lot to depart, Chandler's sister walks to the door and yells expletives at us. An argument ensues and Quenanecha threatens to call police on us although the women that started the altercation and were allowed to reenter the establishment. I recognize the difficulty in managing a larger party when short staffed and we may not receive the expected level of attentiveness, however we must also recognize how subpar service impacts the customer's overall experience. I have never visited a restaurant where my safety was compromised by the staff. Chandler called outside parties to the premises to threaten and intimidate patrons and that is unacceptable. I hope corrective actions are implemented by the general manager immediately.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. After waiting 15 mins for a waitress to see us it took multiple times for her to get our order correct because they were out of half the beers. We continued to wait for our drinks another half hour. After no success one of us checked with the bartender to see the status. He said he would “look into” our order after rolling his eyes at us. It was a shameful experience and I have never experienced such poor service. We were a party of 10 colleagues with significant others for a social networking event at 9pm for drinks only. Don’t understand what happened but we walked out.
