This place would be a great addition to Rock Hill, if it wasn't for the parking. Just wanted an Everbowl today. No handicap parking out in the lot - so I tried the garage. Took 20 minutes to download and set up the app. By then I'd run out of time to go get any food. This place is empty most of the time because it would be easier to take the bus than drive and most people aren't going to do that. There aren't any pay stations, you have to use the app - which has horrible ratings.

During a volleyball conference we stopped here multiple times due to being so close. The food hall has I think 3 different food options plus ice cream.The food is okay. My kids were happy, but I wasn't overly impressed. I felt it was too pricey for what you get.The ice cream was easily the highlight.

It says on Google and online that Power House closes at 9pm on Thursdays. I placed an order at 8:28 and paid and when I went to pick it up they were closed and nobody contacted me or canceled my order. The hours need to be updated online and I should not have been able to order online and pay if they were closed. I went in the next day to ask if I could get a refund or the order and the man told me no and that all he could do is a free drink when this was clearly the fault of the Power house. I am disappointed in the customer service and clearly the employees are not trained well enough to be empowered to handle customer service issues which is a problem.

Nice place to hangout & eat good food along with great drinks, We didn’t know there was a tournament in the area, The music was really loud, A lot of tables were reserved, the place was jammed packed with families & team players, clean up time on the tables were not fast once people left, couldn’t identify who was even apart of the cleaning crew ??♀️ We sat at the bar, people were bringing used glasses to the bar from tables. We met the wonderful bartender, her is Mena ? very happy & engaging, she made me a spicy ?️ margarita ??❤️ It was excellent!! We will definitely come back. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for the bar.
