Every time I place an online order I always place it and wait at least 15 minutes before heading to the restaurant to pick up my food. Even when the restaurant isn't busy my order has never been started when I get to the restaurant and then I have to sit and wait for it to be prepared. I thought the whole purpose of an online order was to not have to wait for it to be cooked, that it was suppose to be ready to pick up when I got to the restaurant ? Do better Waffle House.

This night was the most disgusting night I’ve ever had at a waffle house. I went to the one on S. Anderson Rd., rock Hill, South Carolina, and the waitress did not even greet us properly. She just said, what can I get for you and then she proceeded to eat chips around everybody’s food as well as touching everybody’s food and drink with her nasty disgusting cheese chips, pants. She also grabbed a trash bag and knocked over the trashcan and did not even care and just slowly walked with the trash bag, where the food was being made slowly. They have cameras in this restaurant, so I really hope they pull this because that is a deck violation if I’ve ever seen one. I will never in my life go back to that waffle house again I feel like I’m going to be sick just thinking about the atmosphere. So disgusting. They need to shut this place down ASAP. Oh, and I really want my money back because that was definitely not even worth .02$
