Why would any employee give this to a customer? I work hard for my money even if this costs a couple of dollars! It's definitely overcooked if it's brown inside! So disappointing!!! I don't want to hold up the line to check my order!!! Dang!!!

Horrible horrible horrible! Every single time I’ve visited, the service seems to get worse and worse. I waited at the drive thru speaker for 15 minutes, another 20 minutes to get up to the window, just to see 4-5 workers hanging out! It took them at least 5 minutes to even acknowledge me at the window. Horrible customer service. What kind of manager allows this? I will never return.

My mother order a low crab sandwich with lettuce meat tomatoes, cheese add bacon and pickles no bun/ bread she got home and their was no bacon nor pickles so we drove back and my mother told them the order was wrong and the manager was upset and rude about not having her order correct so my mother asked for her money back and the manager was upset and we was in the drive through
