“I've always found the sandwiches to be both tasty and reasonably priced. What sets this place apart for me is the service I have seen. From going the extra mile for their customer to the way I have seen them handle an irate (and very unreasonable) customer who was using abusive language, threats and vulgarity that I will not repeat here. The young lady, I believe her name is Kadence, handled the situation with the composure and professionalism I would expect from a grown adult. Afterwards, she served every remaining customer with a smile and a great attitude. I was truly impressed. Given how she handled such a situation, I am even more confident in taking home their sandwiches to my family. Props to you young lady and congratulations to Subway for a great find for your staff.“

“Tasty steamed Bagels sandwiches. There is such a wide variety to choose from with different meats and cheeses. There are so breakfast options too.The staff is friendly and willing to offer suggestions and answer questions about the menu.I prefer to dine in as the steamed Bagels taste better.Stop in. It's a nice change up from a toasted bagel.Parking is in the back off the street.“

“I was looking for a quick bite and found the SamMitch Shop. My GPS took me to the back parking lot, but I wasn't sure who those parking spaces were for, so I decided to park in the public parking lot across the street, which offered 2 free hours. When I arrived, there was one person waiting on their food. Additionally, there was only one person taking and making the orders as well, so the service seemed a tad bit slow. The inside is pretty small with limited seating, but there was a bunch of seating outside. It was my turn to order and I opted for The Cherise and a bag of chips. Everything is al la carte. I had a water in the car, so while my sandwich was being made, I walked back to my car to get it. When I came back, I sat outside and waited for my sandwich to come out. I was able to eat almost a full bag of chips before it came. I may have been counting the minutes since I was really hungry, but it did seem to take awhile for it to come out. However, when it finally arrived, it was good and I enjoyed it. Overall, it was a pretty solid sandwich shop.“

“I love Chicken Salad Chick!!My favorite is Classic Carol on white bread with their delicious grape salad!!Would recommend this place to everyone! If a line deters you, it's well worth the wait, although those taking your order are excellent at keeping that line moving! Never more than a few minutes in line!!My husband loves it when I go because I always pick him up one of the packaged in store containers of Classic Carol!“

“Closest thing to an authentic New York deli around here by a long shot. I’ve tried the Kracken, Terminator, The Don, Capresse, Rueben, and Cuban. Hands down best sub around!! The owner came out and talked with me about our love of authentic pizza and Italian food. They are all from NY and NJ so they know how to do it right!! Had their red velvet cake and it was the best I’ve ever had. 100% recommend you give them a try!!Kid-friendliness: My kids love the Terminator sandwichWheelchair accessibility: Plenty of room for wheelchairs at any of their seating.“

“I use to eat at Asheville Hwy but since it’s closed I have to go to East Main I always enjoy the service and the atmosphere there it was very goodParking: It’s a good location and parking is good sometimes might be a little difficult to get out because of the traffic on that side of town“

“Me and the wife amd kids love this place... the wings are to die for(especially lime pepper) and the drinks are good and cold everytime(beer) and the service is great also. Ribs are another plus at this place and the decor is very sporty. Lots of t.v. for big games and full bar. I must say this is a win“

“Please tell me if I'm wrong but if you've seen one Subway, you've seen them all. That's not a bad thing; a cookie cutter concept! If everyone of these sub shops performs in the same way, it's logical to me that the end result is a uniform product that hopefully pleases a lot of customers! I very much like this sub chain especially since they now slice their meats in front of you! This one is a bit hard to get to but worth the effort!“

“THEY ARE OPEN!! Google is wrong.I picked up an online order, Avery greeted me as soon as I came in and felt very welcoming. When I arrived home I realized there were a couple mistakes with our order it was already a few minutes past closing but I called anyway. Avery answered the phone despite being closed and was very empathetic and kind, he offered to remake them the next day. I went and got them and again he greeted me upon walking in and remade them for me. Avery showed exceptional customer service. Will be coming more! We went to the one near main street and have terrible service 4 times in a row. Couldn’t recommend this one more.“

“Their food is hands down some of the best I've had. They also have some of the best salads and dressings you could ask for. I liked one so much I called to see if it would be possible to purchase the dressing in bulk and they didn't even have that listed on the menu that they could do that, but were kind enough to do it. Really great atmosphere, employees are knowledgeable and friendly, and service is overall a great experience!Vegetarian options: Doesn't say vegetarian but every any item you purchase through the website or app clearly indicates everything it comes with and they have quite a few items on their menu with no meat at all.Dietary restrictions: Each item you pick on the app or website has a calorie counter if you're into counting your calories.Parking: Plenty of parking in front of the building with handicap access.Wheelchair accessibility: There's a spot on the sidewalk close to the handicap spots to easily roll up to the door.“

“Amazing service and super nice staff. We always have a great experience at this location. Tonight was exceptional. We got the club supreme tonight as takeout and it was amazing! Their staff tonight was on point - super nice and perfect amount of toppings on our subs. We will definitely be back!“
