I've ordered in the app from this location 2 times. And they must not know how to read. Or maybe if you don't leave a big enough tip they don't make your order correctly. I really don't know. But this is twice in a row my sandwich was messed up, seems like on purpose. So unless you plan on leaving a good tip maybe don't use the app. Cause apparently you have to order in store and pay attention to get your food made correctly.

Employees are rude and don't care about their job and don't do online orders or they says they don't accept online orders which they are supposed to do there has been multiple complaints and nothing seems to get done at all so if you are new to the area I'd recommend going to Seneca for food and not subway

We went to the drive thru and ordered. Everything was fine until we got home and got our subs out. We had received someone else's food. I called and they said yes we made a mistake and right away made plans to correct the error. I went back a couple days later and they made me a delicious sub. Excellent customer service.
