If I could give it less I would. We had a new server, so I don't blame him. The food was slimy and not worth eating. They didn't put our table in so the QR code wouldn't work. It was a mess just like the only other time we've visited that particular Applebee's.

Applebee's of Seneca does a great burger. Their ribs are fantastic as well. I have just had the worst luck with steaks here. 3 times ordered medium well and all three times there was actually red/pink showing before I ever touched it. As long as you don't get a steak I believe you will love it
One time the manager told a server to let me know to quit wearing pajamas in her restaurant that if I want to look like a slob I can go to McDonald’s (I was wearing my usual clean sweat pants and a t shirt) I promise I don’t dress like a slob

I ordered Uber last night approximately around 9:45 pm I called twice didn't catch names but they too were very helpful the first said the food wasn't picked up the second at 11:45 said Uber eats just picked it up! I'm putting a 4 for food because we love ?? ??? Applebee's but we didn't get out order which isn't there fault at all!!!! Great job Kathy for being patient and guiding me to get ahold of Uber Eats YOU DESERVE A RAISE ?!!!!????????

The waiter told me that they don't do the rolls ups no more when it makes the staff of cooks make an extra move in making my food. I thought customers always right when we comes 2 their food... They just didn't feel like doing the extras movement 2 make it. ALL the other Applebee's does. SC just stupid. Not the waiter but the cooks who prepared it. Thanks

How do I even start this okay well we had wait a bit cause it was busy but that's ok. We asked for our steak to be med rare and it was burnt also was a hair in onion rings and partner got sick i thought i was going to have take to hospital then i got sick. It was our anniversary and I never been to Applebee's so wanted to try it so with this bad experience I will never go again.

Food was great, the hostess was confused with how to seat us and the waitress' had a disagreement about some things going on the bathroom definitely needed to be cleaned up. Seems like a young inexperienced staff that could benefit from a little more training or older leadership showing them the ropes. Drinks and food arrived in a timely matter and was some of the best salmon I have eaten!
