Biscuits weren't cooked all the way done. Took it back, and the one it was replaced with was just as doughy. The person taking our order wasn't proficient and kept getting confused on how to ring the order up. Last time I'll be going to that restaurant.

I bought the four piece Supreme chicken strips this chicken strips were no bigger than chicken nuggets got four of them I paid $13 for a large fry and chicken nuggets for chicken nuggets took it back to the front desk they're bigger than chicken nuggets please so forget them that's your service today and customer service

I used to be a fan of seneca bojangles. Not anymore. Pulling up, i heard a worker screaming on her phone that she would have to call the person backThen, Out of my order, the BoRounds were the ONLY thing I can't complain about. The biscuits were hard as a rock, the steak and sausage were way overcooked. I had to ask for silverware and napkins and still had to go inside for our straws! IF I decide to go back to Bojangles, it won't be Seneca!!
I frequently come to this restaurant but this is the first time I was served an undone biscuit. It was so doughy in the middle I couldn’t eat it. The location is going down hill.

We went to Bojangles in Seneca SC. I ordered a gravy biscuit and it was terrible. I took it back, but was not waited on. I asked the manager if she could throw it away from me and she said to throw it away out in the lobby she could not take it back in there. I told her the biscuit was terrible it tastes like it had been made with spoiled milk. She did not offer any assistance or anything in place of it. The manager's name was Ashley. I will never go back to that Bojangles again.
