Went in with my wife yesterday and waited at the register for someone to come take our order, but no one ever did so we just left. Lots of activity in the kitchen and drive-thru and was obvious that we were seen through the large window. This location used to be the best around...

Short and sweet if there is one car in the waiting spot and they tell you to pull up in the next spot that should be your red flag. The car before us had been there 15 prior to us getting there. We waited 15 mins with the car prior for a 3 piece chicken supreme combo. After 15 mins we got a refund.

I just spent the last $7+ at this, but probably all, Bojangles that I will ever spend. Awful. One biscuit & gravy (I wouldn't say it had any sausage in the gravy), and one country ham biscuit, which was 95% biscuit, 5% country ham. I didn't order coffee or anything else. I don't usually do casual chain breakfasts but I just had a weird, morning day off, so I treated myself to breakfast I didn't have to cook and clean up afterwards . Waste of $7+. When minimum wage is still $7.25/hour, that's a lot of money on two frozen biscuits, sausage-minus gravy, and a slice of country ham the size and thickness of a post-it note.

Went and got a 3 piece and a sandwich, the 3 piece chicken was raw, tried to call the store to let them know they need to check the chicken but no one answered.

A great place to eat when their biscuits aren't dry and crumbly. Alas, this occurs sometimes.

Went through the drive through and lady taking my order was rude and kept forgetting what I ordered had to repeat my order 3 different times then when I got to the window and she shoved my order out the window the fries were cold and my sandwich’s were barely wrapped basically just sitting in the bottom of the bag with the wrapper on top of it and they were out of all sauce that’s what she told me

Bad food and Bad service. Took almost 20 minutes to get through drive thru with only 2 cars in front of us. I should have left at this point, but didn't. The food was awful, the chicken was greasy and tough.

Our orders got mixed up, no unsweet tea, our fries that "will be ready in 5 minutes" never appeared. Oh...for some reason they gave me like a quart of coleslaw for my side.?.It's a convenient spot and new location. They can only get better!

I'm homeless and got harassed by every customer that came through the drive thru and whoever was working the window joined right in. Literally pointing and laughing at the fact I'm homeless and threatening the cops on me for sitting 100ft away from the building in the
