Moneys tight these days but it’s our daughters birthday and we wanted to get the kids something they wanted for dinner. We just ordered for three kids not including ourselves and it’s was $36. Steep but okay. I order at my house on the app, it says I’m 12 minutes out and they’ll make it once I get there. The money immediately came out of my account once I hit order. I get to the restaurant and the app says I never ordered. I talk to a crew member, she’s very nice and lets us know she doesn’t know what to do but she will get her manager. And then tells management over the radio to expect us at the window. Get to the window and let the manager see my phone; she goes into my order history to show me I don’t have any pending orders since February even though I had just explained to her that the app is saying I didn’t order but I haven’t been refunded my money for the order I placed and showed her my bank statement. She said it’s in limbo and she can’t make the food for us. But I can’t reorder the food because the money in my account is accounted for elsewhere. She shrugged and apologized and said it could be anywhere from 3-5 business days before the money goes back on my card.So now weve wasted 24 minutes of driving plus 20 minutes of waiting in line to still leave empty handed on my daughters birthday. As a restaurant manager; I’ve given away hundreds of dollars worth of food to rectify situations like these. I’m honestly pretty surprised that the manager approached the situation like she did. I’ve had canceled orders from apps before and I always get my money back within the hour. That is not the case for this transaction. Fingers crossed it goes back to my card. Can’t get the time back though and my kids genuinely wanted Chick-fil-A. Disappointing.

I'm gluten intolerant. I have to order the gf bun if I order a sandwich. The gf bun I received the other day was frozen. A manager or asst mgr (she had keys and key card) told me they're kept frozen and that's all she can do. Thankfully a very sweet lady that worked there offered to put it in the warming tray for me. I've never received frozen buns at any other Chick-fil-A. Would that manager have eaten a frozen burger bun? I think not. I've never had anyone at a Chick-fil-A be rude or dismissive before, she was a first. (I don't have celiac but am gf intolerant so warming up was fine.)

I have frequented a lot of Chick-fil-A locations over the years and this one is consistently the SLOWEST one ever! It doesn't matter how you order; inside, drive-thru, and even mobile ordering. Not only are they slow, but there is a 50/50 chance that the food is up to Chick-fil-A's standards and reputation. I keep trying it again thinking it will improve, because after all, it is Chick-fil-A, but this is probably my last visit here. Just get it together, please.

Out of all the chick-fil-a's me and my partner go to this one is definitely the most subpar of the bunch.We eat at Chick-fil-A alot due to a severe gluten allergy and out of all the ones we go to this one is always the worst about accomodations. Last time we came through the drive through they gave us half of the portions they are supposed to and gave us cold fries. This time we tried to use one of our rewards, however due to a severe gluten allergy bread is a no go. However according to the manager Jessica they are not allowed to substitute a grilled chicken breast for the fried breast. We are willing to pay for the bun out of pocket, that's not a problem. However a simple substitution makes it more accessible for everyone since the rewards chick-fil-a offers are not often celiac friendly. None of the other locations we frequent have this problem, Anderson and Clemson are always great about their accomodations.
