What a mess this place is. If I can give 0 stars I would. The food wasn't good and they barely give you enough food to fill the plate. Drinks also were trash whoever the bartender is doesn't know what he/she is doing. There were specks of Aluminum foil in the ice of our drinks as well. The only good thing was the little biscuits they give with the butter. For $76 it wasn't worth it when you don't give good food & so little of it. As far as management is concerned he was very understanding and gave a huge discount on the receipt. No disrespect to the manager at all but this place needs to be shut down immediately. No wonder why it wasn't cars out there only the employee's cars to look like it was customers there.

Update: Manager really stepped up and took care of the situation for me without me having to call them or anything. Once again the food is freaking awesome and knowing that the manager truly cares about their customers will take me back to this particular Fatz over and over. So, this review goes from a one-star to a five-star. Food was good but over charged me $5. Brought it to cashiers attention and she said yes you're right but she didn't refund me, nor did she offer to refund me. So I said there's your tip no. I don't like being overcharged do you?Wheelchair accessibility: Good wheelchair access if someone can hold the doors open for you.

We stopped in quick and sat at the bar to enjoy drinks and appetizers. Our server/bartender was Jessie and she ROCKS! Great food, amazing drinks and service with a smile!! We will definitely request her EVERY TIME WE COME!!

It took a while, but we were ordering 5 meals and there were at least 5 other groups of 4-6 people so it makes sense, but a 45 minute wait is still a 45 minute wait.Service was very kind and helpful, although unfortunately just a bit understaffed.Atmosphere is pretty bland, to be honest. The roof has it's fairly ugly support structure visable and everything feels a little cheap. It was as clean as the staff could probably do with how few people were working- there was a bit of stuff on the floor but nothing gross, things like straw wrappers, but I can't say the same for their nearly completely out of order bathrooms.Dietary restrictions: Expect everything to be at least 800 calories and fairly unhealthy in general. The place is called "FATZ" for a reason, they love their fats.If you're vegetarian, they have 4 salads but I believe that was it, and I don't recall if any were vegan.

No bread, at all!!!! They're all out. No Chicken Pie Soup, ran out 2 days ago. Waitress said it is very popular, but they've decided not to offer it anymore. What's up with doing away with a very popular, delicious soup in the winter? Haven't gotten our meal yet, but I don't think we will be back anytime again soon. Haven't been here in over a year and now I remember why!! I believe they need to hire a real Manager who can manage to have simple items expected. When you go to a restaurant, like bread. Really - we have no bread at all - is not a good thing to tell your customer. We're sitting across from Walmart and Food Giant is practically next door. NO EXCUSE!!!!

I recomend FATZ CAFE IN SENECA SC because it's authentic delicious southern cuisine and the warm hospitality from the hostes to the waiter. Special thanks to Jessie for bartending a perfect PEACHSED VODKA COCKTAIL, and to Sharon ❤️ for the Menu suggestions, the BBQ RIBS were cooked to perfection! and the CAROLINA PEACH COBBLER was the grand finale. We are not from here and happened to pass this restaurant and I have to say I'm so glad we did! Jesse was our server and she was an absolute delight! She helped us navigate the menu, gave great suggestions, and was overall just helpful and friendly and really made the experience great. The food was incredible. The loaded tots were my absolute favorite thing, sooo good! We also got the bbq explosion burger which is exactly as it describes itself, an explosion of amazing flavor! We got a few other items that were equally as tasty! Everything was hot and fresh and great quality! Thanks Jesse for a great experience!

The friendliest staff in Seneca. The food is excellent for the type of restaurant this is. This is an all American chain restaurant for families. I love the rolls and the Calabash tenders.Also my wife loves the $5 margaritas.

While traveling through Seneca SC we stopped at your Fatz Cafe as we usually do for Supper. We have eaten there several times with mediocre service or the food would come in at different times with one person having to wait for the other person’s food to arrive or the drink glasses being empty with the server not refilling them. But we again decided to eat at Fatz Cafe and your server Jessie was prompt in getting to table 95/1 with drinks and orders being taken with most care and she was very kind and thoughtful and friendly. The food was absolutely amazing and she met all the qualifications of a Superb Server. In fact in all our years of eating at Different Fatz locations all around as we travel. The food was so delicious and the service was such a great experience both my husband and I agreed that of ALL our Fatz Cafe experiences this was the very BEST. Thank you Jessie at Fatz at Seneca SC for the extraordinary Good Food and Great Service!

Parking lot nearly bare, maybe 6 tables when we walked in not including the people at the bar. After we were seated, it took our waiter a few minutes to finally get to us and take our drink order because out of the 3 servers we saw, ours was the only one doing anything. I never saw another server do a single thing for our entire visit. We had to ask for silverware after eating our app without it or napkins. Food was as expected so no complaints there.

If I could rate this restaurant a 0, I definitely would. Walking in, we were greeted by the hostess. She was lovely. As we were seated, our server took about 10 mins before greeting us and taking our drink order (it was very slow, there were only 6 other tables and the parking lot was bare). We sat and waited for another 10 mins just for drinks. I ordered a sweet tea. The sweet tea tasted like, water and sugar (Roach water)Couldn't even taste the tea. We also ordered the firecracker sticks. When we got them, they were still doughy and saturated in grease. Our rolls were also undercooked and you could tell the oil they were cooked in was old. My popcorn shrimp was under cooked as well as my chicken fingers. Our server barely interacted with us. The bartender helped us more than our server. The bartender was very delightful. For two people our food was about $65 in total including drinks and appetizer (definitely NOT a $65 meal). The food was absolutely horrible and doubt we will return.

I just wanted to Say thanks again to the great waitress we had the other night . Her name was Skylar She made our dining experience a great one. She was so sweet and great at her job . The food was great and the atmosphere was very relaxing . Thanks I'll be coming back very soon.
