WHERE'S THE BEEF? If I'm gonna pay 10$ for a cheeseburger there better be a sizeable patty!!! Very disappointed. McDonald's burgers have more beef.... SERIOUSLY. Get it together or you'll be leaving Hartwell Village pretty soon. I know I'm not the only one. Example of Shrinkflation for sure!!!!

I eat there sometimes. The food is good, but overpriced. I pick up a lot of Uber Eats orders there. It is a young white guy with a barb wire sleeve(tattoo) on his right arm. He has a very nasty attitude every time I go in. I don’t know what is problem is, but he better not catch me on a bad day. If, he hate his job so much, he need to quit, or maybe he don’t like brown skin people. I don’t know what his problem is, but he need to get his attitude in check. When I do return, I do not want him to serve me.

Food is usually a 4 star but not this time. Was looking forward to a great burger experience but unfortunately the burger was not fully cooked. Really sad never had an issue at store but trying to cook food too fast to get back to talking to each other and not working isn't the best way to run a business. Gonna be a while before I cone back. Expensive burger for it not to be cooked correctly.
